Hotels with Indoor Pools in Lake Havasu City

The property itself was very good. we ticked the box that said “payment at hotel”. We used our Canadian credit card to hold the room and we were going to pay with our US account credit card when we arrived b” .Unfortunately the hotel did not follow what Expedia had told us in writing it would do and it charged us before we even got there therefore we had to pay $1.43 Per Dollar for our room. This is completely unacceptable. When Expedia stated we would be charged when we arrived at the hotel not at 6 o’clock in the morning of the day of the arrival. This is unacceptable. And the front desk was no help whatsoever. I would like Expedia to contact me with my disappointment in the actions of this hotel. Otherwise, the place itself was very good. No complaints.

Entire staff was very accomodating and friendly. Angel was especially amazing! Both rooms were very spacious and clean, and I would not hesitate to return here or to recommend Travelodge to others. Dogs liked the rooms, too!
