This guest home is designed to accommodate and entertain, and is located on a huge lot close to Highway 95, on the south-side of Lake Havasu City. The open-space floor plan is perfect for family and friends to hang out in the living room and bar - or the back patio - making memories of a lifetime. The split bedroom set-up allows for privacy for each guest room. The Master Bedroom has a tempur-pedic, King-size bed and includes a 65" TV. The two other guest rooms have queen-size beds along with flat-screen tvs. All Bedrooms and the living room have Dish Network, Netflix, and a host of other channels.

The Kitchen has everything you need including a spacious Fridge, gas range/stove, dishwasher, ice-maker, Reverse Osmosis system, bottled water, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, and all of the necessities! There is a barbecue just outside of the kitchen as well.

The Master Bath has a separate tub along with a walk-in shower. There is also a full bath between the guest rooms and a half-bath off of the laundry room. The laundry room has a front-end washer and dryer, and includes detergent and other laundry amenities.

The living room has leather couches with electric recliners along with a new, 70" t.v.

The home is equipped with surround sound in the living-room area and outdoor speakers on the patio - perfect for listening to music while swimming, barbecuing, or watching Havasu's famous sunsets. Music can be played through the receiver and home speakers via blue tooth from a cell phone, or through the satellite system (Dish Network).

The entire property is available to our guests with the exception of the garages, the office, and the master bathroom closet. There is ample parking in front of the 3 garage doors along with boat and vehicle parking on the east side of the property. The gate is open and guests are available to park a boat or a vehicle inside the gate.

If I'm (owner) not in town or not available by phone, my property manager is available to answer any questions that you have or address any issues that may arise. We will strive to make your stay here beyond enjoyable.

The location of the home is on the South side of Lake Havasu City. There is a grocery store within a half mile and a handful of excellent restaurants as well. I recommend trying Tavern 95 or the Montana Steakhouse - both within walking distance. There's also two bars - Mr. Lucky's (pool hall) and the R-Bar if you just want to cool off with some cold beverages.
