HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking (outside is okay, but please use the ashtray provided)
- No pets allowed (if violated, a $500 fee will be imposed and could lead to eviction without a refund)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Signed rental agreement required
- $500 security deposit "hold" required
- Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors and designated quiet hours
- If you'd like the pool to be heated, please reach out at least 48 hours prior to make payment arrangements
- Please note that propane usage will be monitored before and after each stay
- Please report any damages that occur to the property Owner

POOL & SPA ADDENDUM:
- It is your responsibility to learn about safety precautions and procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool and spa. NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. You agree to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool or spa at all times. You are hereby notified that the pool and spa can be dangerous and you fully agree to use them at your own risk. You are further notified to be cautious when exiting or entering the pool or spa because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present slipping hazards. There are no rails to prevent a fall into the pool. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use of the pool and spa, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings. I planned a lil getaway for my boyfriends birthday with a couple of family/friend and it was perfect. The house has plenty of space and a lot of things to do for example a game room. Communication with the host was top tier. We will be booking at El Dorado again.

Escape to El Dorado
Was impressed with the home just by the pictures, but it’s even better in person. Little up the hill from town but that’s perfect because the views from back yard and pool casita are beautiful. The quiet neighborhood is a big plus too. Loved being able to spend our annual lake trip at El Dorado. By far the best home we’ve been fortunate to book for our summer vacation..

Amazing home that fit our group of 9 perfectly. The pool has a play area shallow enough for the kids to play and adults to sit in. Backyard shaded in the afternoon makes relaxing late afternoon perfect. Not missing anything here. Hoping to book it for our trip next year if that tells you anything.

Beautiful backyard
We had two couples with our 3 young adult kids. We had plenty of space (and bathrooms). The master bedroom and the pool casita were perfect for the parents. Everyone had their own area to sleep and relax. The pool and backyard was inviting and open to join in pool fun or play cards/games outside. The pool area made it hard to want to leave. We used the grill multiple times. Michelle kept in contact when we had questions. We will definitely be keeping this property on our list when visiting Havasu.

Family getaway
This home was absolutely beautiful everything and more than what you see in the pictures. I have rented and this by far was the cleanest home we have been in. The pool was clean and there was no dust or spider webs. They truly take care of their home. We loved the 2 casitas they were so cozy and the grandparents had their little get aways from the house. We will defiantly be staying again. Michelle was such a sweet woman who was very attentive to any questions and needs we had. I love that we now share in a special day together. Loved It ... Hated to leave it !!!!
We visit Havasu annually and have done so for the past 10 years...it's a family trip with our closest friends we have rented many homes. This home was one of the nicest homes so far. Its nicely decorated with a lot of detail ... casitas were perfect allowing everyone to have their own personal space. The game room is on the side of the house which allows the night owls to have a great time without keeping the rest of the house awake. I would recommend having the pool heated because it was too chilly to really enjoy it.

Best VRBO in Havasu
This property was our best VRBO experience in Havasu yet. We shared it with another family, there was 9 of us total. The rooms and the 2 casita’s were perfect. The best part is the back yard. Makes for great evening grilling, refreshing in the pool and making memories over conversations after being on the lake all they day. High recommend for a multi family Havasu vacation.

The house had a large great room; 5 bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting outside watching TV and playing music. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and played corn hole that we brought. The guys all played in the game room on the property. We used the big bbq to enjoy a few meals. A nice quiet street and garage parking was great to keep the car cool! The host Michelle was great to work with and was able to let us check in early. We would for sure rent this property again!!

We loved our stay! Communication with hosts was superior! They answered any questions I had quickly! Sent a helpful guide book that I referred too often! House was impeccably clean, spacious, and as represented in pictures. Spent much of our time enjoying the pool and spa, the games the house offered and relaxing. We traveled in March so paid to have pool heated and it was perfect for my kids and us parents swimming in it even at 50 degrees outside! Spa was perfect as well. Plenty of towels provided. Beautiful quiet neighborhood! Highly recommend and we hope to be back!
