**Sleeps 6-10 people- 1 King (Master) and 2 Queen beds (1 in each bedroom), plus 2 Singles & 1 Queen Air Mattress (includes comfortable bedding). TIP: The master closet is huge! You can comfortably put the queen air mattress in there as if it’s a 4th bedroom. (The queen and 1 single can fit in there if need be.)

Description of home and amenities was accurate. Backyard is well fenced for dogs. The home worked well for us. Owner was great to work with. I'd recommend staying here. It's very close to town. It is in a working class residential neighborhood

What an amazing place to call home for a few days!! Our vacation would not have been the same had we stayed anywhere else. The pool was huge for the family. The grass area around the pool was perfect for the pups to hang out while we went swimming. The overall layout of the house, cleanliness, and the close proximity to the stores were a huge plus. Every nook and cranny has a special touch in the house. Jessica was fast in response times, communication, and she is overall just as amazing as the house! Come here to stay, you won't be disappointed. We will be back! Thank you for everything!

Short summer getaway
This home was perfect for our family that includes 3 kids and 2 dogs. The home was very spacious and clean. The owners have have many personal touches and household items that make it feel like home. We loved the pool and the location was close to the lake and a market plus restaurants. Jessica is a great host who is always quick to respond. We highly recommend this home.

Sweet home! Entry was easy, inside of home is great, well-appointed, beds were comfy, baths worked well, kitchen/great room/dining areas great. Yard is wonderful, pool fabulous, sunsets amazing! Location perfect! no more than 10-15 minutes to the City sights! Sidewalks on the main street, near a school, very safe to walk pups. Everything impeccably clean clean clean.

It is a nice house in a beautiful area. The house was very well stocked and in good condition. The only drawback was the yards are all very close together and at different heights so not as private as it might be . The yard itself was very pleasant.

Jessica place was so great , everything we needed to cook with and more. The pool was great even with the weather being cooler than normal the pool was nice and warm. The yard was good size for my dogs to run around and play and Maggie and Beau are around medium size mabe a tad bigger. Also the neighbors were very nice and friendly, loved the dog next door and she really liked Maggie and Beau. So Jessica again thanks you for letting us stay there and if down that way would love to stay at your place again☺️☺️

VERY Comfortable Home
This is the 2nd time staying at this property. I can be a germaphobe and this home was SOOOOO clean. We all felt extremely comfortable. Everything is so well maintained. We made a few meals and everything is set up in the kitchen perfectly. There was not one thing we needed that wasnt there. The location of the property is perfect. Its close to the Riviera, Bashas, Sara Park, and lots of eating places. Jessica is super easy to get alhold of. She responds quickly. We drove into town a couple of days before Hurricane Hillary hit and she checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were ok. One of our guests left his wallet at the house and Jessica went out of her way and spent alot of time making sure we got it back quickly. I would stay in this house over and over and over again. I really cant say enough about it. Thank you Jessica! Thank you ... thank you ... THANK YOU! 🏜

Great property and they are ow installing a pool. Fencing is great even for small dogs. A little far from the marina but not bad. We had a great time and we were all very comfortable. When we go back to havasu we will look to stay here again.

Ten Day Getaway
This is the second time we have booked this property in the last calendar year. The house has a very cozy and workable layout for our needs and reasonably quick access to Lake Havasu boat launch ramps. All appliances are fairly new and in good working order. We love the proximity to Hwy 95, Bashas Market and some excellent restaurants nearby.
