This great upper level Fairway villa is the perfect spot to relax and get away in the mountains with access to Bald Mountain Lake and views of the mountains and golf course. Located in the Rumbling Bald Resort, Anna's Place offers the comforts of home with full access to all resort amenities - enjoy the community beach on Lake Lure, swimming pools, 18 hole mini golf, spa and sauna, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, golf courses, and so much more.

Snuggle up on the comfortable reclining sofa in the living room with a cup of coffee (regular drip coffee maker is provided) to watch your favorite shows or simply take in the beautiful mountain views from the large picture window. You can enjoy making meals in the well equipped kitchen or take advantage of the restaurants on site and eat out - you're on vacation, after all. The dining table seats 6 and is great to enjoy your meals as well as a few friendly card games or board game competitions. There are two bedrooms - the primary bedroom is located to the left of the living space and is equipped with a King size bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two Queen size beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Just steps from the balcony right off the dining and kitchen, you can enjoy Bald Mountain Lake. Whether you're an avid golfer or simply looking to get away, Anna's Place awaits you. Let us help you enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation.


PLEASE NOTE:


** This home allows no more than 1 dog. No other household pets are allowed. A pet fee of $100 plus tax applies. Guests who are bringing pets must sign a Pet Addenda with the Vacation Rental Agreement.**

** All guests must pay a damage waiver fee ($59 plus tax - included in your total). This protects you from any accidental damages for up to $1500. Anything over $1500 and any non-accidental damages are solely the responsibility of the guest. We stayed at the property for a long weekend. It was nicely located and had most everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive. The property was clean and close to where we needed to be.

Best spot in the resort
Our family( 2 children) and our fur baby stayed in this wonderful villa. This is our 2nd year staying at Rumbling Bald, and we plan to keep coming back every year! Wonderful place with so much to do, we love that it’s more of a slow paced community, so we don’t have to worry about crowds. Golf, putt putt, pool, beach area, fishin at the docks, and afternoon bike rides were our daily activities. This villa was the perfect spot, out the front door we had a look at the golf course, 1st hole, and out the back door, you could use the private dock to fish. This is where I got to soak in the peaceful mornings before the family woke up. The villa was kept clean and perfect for our family. First night we were there, we seen a black bear traveling beside the villas, so be aware!! One thing that was not updated from the host was the trash disposal; you no longer dispose your trash near the front gate. There are locked containers outside of each unit, but a code is required to open. Hope to stay in this unit every year we come back!!

Great place!
This is a beautiful home and very well maintained. It was very clean and comfortable. I brought three of my grandchildren with me and we had a wonderful week. They enjoyed jumping in the lake just behind the condo as well as visiting the beach, pool, and mini golf areas. The only issue we had was where to take our trash as the cans near the buildings are padlocked and the people at the front gate said they no longer had dumpsters for guests. We did find a neighbor who gave us the combination to one of the padlocks. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and condo.
Perfect location and condo. Our daughter has a Lakehouse (also for rent) and is literally three minutes away from this condo and because we had a cousins week at their house, the grandparents were part of the overflow. 😊 This Rental was very clean and the location in the resort is pretty much perfect. One thing I loved about this rental is the response from the rental company whenever I had a question for them. Very quick and efficient. The fact that the rental has room for eight people enables you to have eight guest passes to rumbling bald resort which is the property in which the condo is in. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa, tennis courts, basketball court, restaurant, and also a Beach. We may be back here in December and I would definitely without a doubt rent this condo again.

The place was actually nicer and and more spacious than it appeared in the photos. It was good to be pleasantly surprised for once. And despite being a condo type unit, it was very well designed and very private.
