Had a great time!
Loved my stay! Was located on the 5th floor and the view was great! Happy to have access to elevator and free parking! The only thing that I disliked were the pillows. They were really flat.

Nice hotel with amazing views!
Got there just after check in time and was greeted nicely and put in a room with lake views even though I didnt pay for the upgrade. Everyone in the staff was nice and friendly. We had a great stay and many restaurants were very close by within 500 feet of the hotel. I will go again at some time.

the only stand out positive feature of this hotel is its location which is right opposite Lake Tahoe. Other than that you are greeted with dirty soiled carpets, worn out walls and interiors. No AC which can get uncomfortable during summers. NO office staff before 3 PM which can be inconvenient as you got to hand around to get hold of your room keys. Go somewhere else and save yourself the grief.

Location is central in Tahoe City and has lake views. Office only open 3PM - 10PM. Hotel is not kept up. Linens in room were torn and towels frayed. Beams supporting upper walkway were seriously rusted and a potential hazard. Rooms do not have fire sprinklers. Wallpaper poorly patched. Electrical outlet in one nightstand loose and not working.Carpet stained. Pool closed and full of mulch. Overall sad condition. Wish I could attach photos I took of these conditions.

Office hours very limited,3pm-10pm. Don’t expect earlier check in than 3. Was given room early but with a guilt trip and attitude. Room was basically clean but the air freshener was over powering and it took a couple hours with both windows open to air it out. I smelled it in other rooms as I walked past as well. Thankfully the weather was warm so we could air it out.
