Lakehouse with Game Room, Direct Water Access, and Kayaks Included!

This 2 Story Lakehouse is located directly on West Boggs Lake, with a large, wrap-around porch on both levels, stationary dock to fish, kayak, and dock your boat. House features 3 bedrooms with 3 Queen beds and an additional Queen sized pull out couch in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom, and an amazing deck for watching the sun set on the main level.

2nd floor is assessable via spiral staircase that is 22 inches wide. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds and a additional full size bathroom and wrap around porch are accessible on the 2nd floor.

The dock is across the street and the end of the peninsula. Picnic table, kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are provided at the dock for your enjoyment during your stay with us.

Your stay includes access to a garage game room with darts, ping pong, and television to have the kids enjoy time outside before smores over the firepit to watch the sunset.

Let’s get away for weekend
So at the last minute I decided to take a weekend off (Thursday to Sunday) VRBO wouldn’t let me rent Thursday night the owner fixed and allowed me to check I. That evening. Had a great time our 16 yr old son actually swam in lake and rode on the kayaks with my 74 yr old mom it was nice to not see him with his phone glued to his face. We caught yellow belly catfish and blue gill off dock. Used New York strip as bait ( the Amish bait shop at top of the hill was awesome). Went to town one night to eat and overall had a great time there. Would love to stay again

Husband 40th birthday getaway!
The cottage was very clean and cozy! The beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the game room that was awesome! The fire pit with the wood and fire starters provided we enjoyed that a lot. Went fishing at the dock was fun with the kids! Place had everything you needed and more! Very fun family weekend games at the table, watched movies, relaxed by fire made s'mores, fishing and game room! Host responded quickly with questions. The book of everything to do and what is around very handy! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location in an great facility!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The neighborhood is quiet with farms all around along with access to the lake. The house is awesome, beds are great and the kitchen is really well stocked with good utensils, etc. - not the cheap stuff you find at a lot of VRBO's. I would highly recommend this place!! We will be staying here again!

Wonderful place to escape to
Property was a clear favorite not only among our group, but also from other guests who stayed and wrote in their guest "adventure" book. Super clean, easy instructions for check in/out, and it had so many amenities to utilize!! We had the best time relaxing and enjoying a weekend getaway, this place was comfortable and had something for everyone! We went kayaking, played ping pong, you can watch movies, we played games, ate lots of food, really all the things. Would definitely recommend the space to others for gatherings. Was a weekend well spent, our only regret was that our stay wasn't longer. Host was easy to contact as well through the app (although we didn't need to contact them often because everything was taken care of and they were on top of communicating to us before the trip.) If you're looking for a place, book here. It's a great choice and you'll have a blast!

The home was very clean, owners are amazing at communication. Our daughter and 15 year old grandson was with us. The kayaks were great just a little hard to get in and out of. The walk to dock was easy on us. Highly recommend this place

A Great Place to Stay Near Loogootee
We really liked the house and the location was perfect for us near family in Loogootee. We loved the games and the nice game room in the garage. The house has a lot of great porch space and we were able to have dinner outside which was nice. We didn’t have time to try the boat dock or kayaks but hope to next time. Overall a really nice place which we hope to revisit on our trips back to Loogootee.

Perfect lake house
We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful lake house. This house has it all for everyone! The game room, boat dock (with kayaks), fire pit, big porch, and extremely comfortable beds made our family vacation one that we will never forget! Hands down, this is our favorite lake house and we can’t wait to return! The host was very helpful leading up to and during the trip!

Girls' Weekend
Everything was clean and neat and labeled and organized, with everything we needed, including seasonings and condiments. We had a nice fire in the firepit both nights. There were games and playing cards, and the dining room was perfect for the 4 of us to play Euchre in the evening and have our coffee in the morning. I carry an air mattress with me to everywhere I stay to put on the bed because almost all beds in hotels hurt my back, but I didn't even need it there! 😁 I hope we have another occasion to stay there in the future!

Lots of room..everything you need in the kitchen, lots of family entertainment indoors and outside..Dining in this area is exceptional from German food..to Amish Buffet..easy to find grocery stores and other shopping. Highly recommend!!!!

So relaxing and peaceful
We had such a relaxing time. The lake house was so nice and quiet. Very roomy, neat and cute. Just like the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry area was such a plus. So was the fire pit and the Lake area. We wanted to visit the Amish country for our anniversary and this was the perfect house to stay in while we were there.

Great Getaway
Our family had a nice time at the cottage. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the firepit with our family. The deck was a nice outdoor gathering space. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the kayaks. The bait shop around the corner was convenient. This cottage is older but comfortable. Thanks for a nice stay!

Good time well spent in Loogootee
The property itself is very nice. There is plenty of good, outdoor seating, along with lots of different forms of quality entertainment from ping pong, to darts, board games, movies, a fire pit, kayaks, fishing poles, and bag boards. The house is also well equipped with most of your kitchen and cleaning needs and is also well labeled for cabinet items and even the light switches are labeled.

Excellent cottage stay!
Thanks for a fun cozy cottage! Upstairs with a spiral staircase and nice outside deck downstairs were thoroughly enjoyed. Short walk to quality kyacks, we enjoyed the firepit and game room. New double driveway fits 4-6 cars easily. Kitchen well stocked. Thanks again!

Our week at West Boggs Lake
First of all the hosts were very easy to communicate with. The house is very cute and has way more amenities than are listed! I usually travel with some kitchen items but they weren't needed this time. Beds were very comfortable. We had a couple of days to play outside: kayaks, darts, cornhole and spike ball. Unfortunately, our week happened to be during an extreme heat warning but we found lots to do inside. Very enjoyable stay.

The place was great. It was pouring down rain the first day there, so the garage made a perfect spot for us to hang out and unwind. The house stayed a great temperature with ease while we were there, and was perfect size. Everything was labeled in the kitchen, and we were really impressed with how much the home offered. Literally the only negative was the hot water heater was super small. So after the first person took a quick one, the hot water was gone for anyone else. It was still a great time and hope to book this place again for another trip!!
