Nice quiet 1 bedroom converted from some of the garage. Bed was a little rough. Room only had A/C unit and no heat. But, thankfully it didn't get freezing cold inside. Lots of TV choices for streaming only. No local antenna channels. It would be very helpful to know that this is part of the 812 address. As I arrived after dark and was not too comfortable driving into an occupied driveway! It was very refreshing to not have to pay crazy "fees" as part of this rental. Owner very responsive.
