STR-002647 A single-family residence that is Located on the shore of spectacular Rainbow Lake in the town of Pinetop-Lakeside, just 45 minutes from Sunrise Ski Park, wonderful White Mountain fishing, this secluded and private townhouse is within 20 feet of the lake's edge. It has 1750 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms, and two and half bathrooms. Newly remodeled kitchen, granite counter-tops and new appliances 10/1/2017. Tv’s in all three bedrooms. There is an upper deck and a lower covered porch overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the quiet calm of this beautiful lake. You'll see many species of water fowl, osprey, muskrats, and bald eagles.

Rainbow lake is an 110 acre lake that offers outstanding fishing for rainbow trout, bass, northern pike and catfish. Trout fishing is the best early spring through the summer and the lake is stocked numerous times by Arizona Game and Fish during the summer. Rooms are all set at unique angles that offer the best view of the lake. This home is fully furnished and equipped for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Due to our CCR'S rules. No more than 3 unrelated people may stay at our home. A total of no more than 6 guests.

Ideal getaway
The place was lovely, spacious, and immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with every single appliance you could need. We enjoyed our breakfast on the downstairs patio, with the view of the lake surrounded by ducks and hummingbirds. It's only minutes from restaurants, close to various fishing spots, and numerous hiking trails.

An Unforgettable Vacation
We just got back a few days ago from our Pinetop-Lakeside vacation. It was our first time using Vrbo, and we’re happy to report that our stay in Paul’s and Gayle’s townhome by the lake was incredible. The location of the home is perfect; two of the bedrooms and the deck face Rainbow lake so each morning we woke up to a breathtaking view. It was just my husband and our two dogs, but there was clearly more than enough space for a bigger family. It was spacious, clean, cozy, and a perfect getaway from the desert heat. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes, glasses, and the necessary utensils to prepare a family meal, as well as miscellaneous necessities like plastic wrap, etc. Paul and Gayle are a VERY pet-friendly hosts. Our dogs are old and one is terminally ill, so we were very grateful that they welcomed both of them and even shared a large kennel during our stay. Our dogs are part of our family, and they seemed very comfortable. This is one of the main reasons why we chose this home. We highly recommend going on walks by the lake and sitting on the deck with a nice cup of tea/coffee and just enjoy a peaceful moment watching the ducks and other wildlife. And if you like fishing, this is the place for it. This was a very meaningful wedding anniversary gift to ourselves with the aim of spending precious time with our canine “babies”. It was perfect.

My wife and I went up there many times in the past but since she past away 6 years ago it’s been awhile, my sister and I went up last year and again this year, in all the times I’ve been there it has always been great, Paul is a great person to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the rental, would definitely recommend it and do to whom ever I talk to that’s planning a vacation. VERY nice property. One exception is protected birds (swallows and Geese). They can be very messy. The owner does everything he can to minimize the issue. We were very impressed with caring and considerate effort to make our stay enjoyable.

It’s all about the view! Quiet, quaint, and clean. It’s a great little getaway to the mountains and close to everything - good food, local shops, massages, yoga, shop local! Walks, lots of hiking and fishing. Rainbow Lake is a gem.

Love this house!
We love staying on Rainbow Lake with our kids! We've been doing so for almost ten years and have stayed in this house two or three times now. It's a great house with beautiful views and a fabulous location in the Shores. Totally recommend. There's nothing like sunset on the lake. :)

Idyllic spot by the lake
The location is fabulous, very close to the shoreline. The townhouse is well-appointed and very comfortable We enjoyed time on the patio watching the sunset over the lake and watching the many waterfowl who share the lake. Unfortunately, didn't have any luck fishing, but in all fairness, probably didn't give it a good enough try. The owner communicated with us regularly and was super to work with. We found some delicious restaurants but it was also convenient to prepare meals and BBQ at the townhouse. It was a relaxing getaway.

A place where memories are made….
This is our third stay at this little piece of heaven, but the first time bringing our grandsons. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our grandsons are 17, 15, and had a quick visit with our 5 year old grandson Also. Each one of them got to experience Firsts… First time kayaking…. First time night fishing for the older boys and first time for the youngest for fishing and catching his own big catfish! The water was high and the fish were plentiful and BIG! Everything you need is here at this lovely lake house… we were here for a week and only left to get more bait and groceries. We are forever grateful for the memories we were able to make with our family. Thank you Paul and Gayle for sharing your beautiful place.
