Staff were polite and professionally efficient. Our room was cheerful and bright as was the lobby and dining area. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A great overnight stay.

Friendly staff all round especially the Receptionist.who checked us in (sorry-- I have forgotten her name) Room very comfortable and spotlessly clean.Dinner was excellent although menu was a little restricted. A few healthier choices involving Salad would have been welcome. Breakfast exceeded expectations as we thought the buffet would be more like a continental breakfast but in fact included bacon,scrambled eggs,sausage,tomato and hash browns. Well done!!

We stayed one night prior to a family wedding. The reception staff were very helpful and all staff were equally helpful. Could not fault breakfast, options covered everything and staff were again very helpful explaining how it worked.

There were a few issues with the room such as the TV wasn't working properly and the air conditioner started leaking in the night. I am sure they would have got straight on to the issues when we told them.

only stayed one night. Hotel was full mostly contract workers. Evening meal, very basic menu and lots of dishes nor available limited choice , breakfast self service was very basic low rated hotel foods, bar every drink when ordered had to pay there and then Not sure what has happened to the British trust in people,, Would not stay again.
