I loved that they were able to accommodate my request for adjoining rooms. Loved that the room was spacious, with a cozy couch included and for a great price. Only issues we had were that the elevator was broken for over a week by the time we arrived and wasn't expected to be fixed for another 4 days. We were on the 3rd floor. Main issue is more of a location one. Its located right next to a huge farm apparently, and once you step outside, the smell assaults you in the most terrible way. The rooms were clean and we got enough towels and pillows for all.

Clean, comfortable room but inconveniences.
Elevator was inoperable, TV didn't work; we only received 2 channels, shampoo bottle in the shower was empty, breakfast ran from 6 - 9 a.m. Other Hotels we've stayed, breakfast was open until 10 a.m.

The check in staff was personable and pleasant. The room was slightly dated but very comfortable. The elevator was out of order but walking up to the 3rd floor was fine. Besides the smell of manure that slapped you in the face when you got out of your car in the parking lot, the stay was most relaxing.

I booked a stay at this location for a disability event at a nearby facility. I arrived to find teenagers running around the hallways and over taking the lobby. To make things worse, the elevator was out of service for days and they only had rooms on the 3rd floor. That’s not practical for a child that’s handicapped. Their answer was too bad or can’t you carry him up the stairs. If I knew in advance I would of booked a stay at another hotel. After arriving from an 8hr drive and at 10pm trying to find another hotel stay with handicap accessible room is nearly impossible. I give this location a horrible rating for this simple fact. This is outright discriminatory to the handicapped community.

When we arrived, the extremely strong smell of manure was overpowering. Not the fault of the hotel, just have to deal with that. We found a half empty bottle of Diet Pepsi on the coffee bar in our room. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The elevator broke down the next morning. Not a problem for us but wonder about disabled or elderly persons staying above the first floor. Our room key failed to work the second day (clerk said it had not been activated for the correct number of days). The television did not turn on in the room. It was fixed the next day. Condensation soaked the carpet around the A/C unit. When we checked out, no one was working the front desk. We will not have to worry about any of this at this hotel again.

The only complaint I have has to do with the breakfast. It was fair at best. I don't expect perfection at a hotel, but the eggs had a foamy texture and didn't really taste like eggs. I know that they aren't real eggs but I'm sure your brand could do better. Too much sausage... links and patty's? Could've had one or the other, not both. And they, like the eggs, they weren't very good. No bacon either. Bacon would've been a better option than two types of sausage. Also, no potatoes. Everything else was ok. I would've given 5 stars if the breakfast was a little better quality.
