Bathroom sink had toilet paper stuffed in overflow hole because there were sewar files coming out. No conditioner in shower. No hairdryer in bathroom. When shower came on water was rusty for about 2 minutes. Walls paper thin, could hear everything in rooms next to ours.

Leaves a lot to be desired ($ too good to be true)
Untidy: poor clean up by maid service after last guest. A bar of used soap lay on the pump of the in-shower shampoo, a man's pair of short hung from the hook in the bathroom, and a toe nail was on the carpet next to the bed. The shower wasn't very clean. Poor maintenance: The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper kept falling off. There were some holes in the bathroom wall. Other stuff: Ice only on first floor. It took a long time to get hot water to the faucets. The water was very hot. The faucets were hard to adjust, fine line between hot and cold and in the middle of my shower the water when very cold for about 20 seconds and then went back to the temperature it was set at. We didn't even go to breakfast after reading other review Things that may matter to you: The shower had in-the-shower pump style body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was no elevator and we were on the second floor. The TV was a bit hard to navigate. The property borders train tracts, so a train came through about 6:15 am (whistle and all), plus it must have been garbage pick up day as we could hear the truck backing up around 5:30 am. The heater was a bit loud. Things I liked: The room was minimal. No way you could forget to take all of your stuff home with you (Except some how those short from the previous guest got left behind??) Only extras were an ironing board, iron, refrigerator, and microwave (no hair dryer). One tiny bar soap, 2 lotions and 2 towels sets in the bathroom.

Black mold all over the room and mostly in bathroom. Cracks in the walls and cracks in outlets. They never cleaned the room. Seems like the only thing they did was restock towels. We asked for another blanket and the staff at the front seemed under the influence of something and just mumbled something and we couldn’t understand him. We also couldn’t control the air. It was terribly hot in our room.

Decent for a short stay.
We booked this hotel for our son's soccer games near by. The hotel was average. Good for a night or two. The rooms were a comfortable size. The beds weren't very comfortable. The bathrooms needs an updated. The lights above the sink had rust on it from the humidity from the shower. The shower stall needs a total gut. The hot water in the sink took a really long time to get warm enough to be able to use it. The air in the room was loud everytime it came on and off. The walls are not noise proof. You could hear the television in the other room, people talking and walking in the hallway. People need to be considerate when closing doors and not have the door slam behind them. For the price we paid, I really wasn't expecting anything high in. It was ok for the night. I would recommend for a short stay. Breadfast was just average. You could make your own waffles. There was toast, small muffins, yougurt, instant oatmeal, bananas, oj and cranberry juice. Coffee was available all day. There were a McDonald and a few other places to eat relatively close by.
