The hotel has been updated which it was badly needed. The floor in the bedroom was sticky in a spot, I used a wet wipe to clean and the floor was dirty. I wore socks the whole time.

Language hard to understand. Had to pay a deposit of 50.00 when we got there after room was paid for. Said we would get back. Breakfast could be improved more choices no butter for waffles. Maybe small yogurts or danishes, muffins would help. Bathroom very tiny. Overall comfortable. Would stay again.

This is the second time my family and I have come there on vacation and the pool is closed. It’s August this should not happen. We look forward to swimming in the pool fix what’s broken it’s August families like pools.

Pool was green with algae ( we booked here for use of pool ) the mirrors in bathroom wire are splice together unsafe and located right next to sink. The staff are hard to understand and I believe it is the same for them. They were not accommodating. The handicap shower drainage was not done right and all the water backs up across the whole floor. The towels they give you are like shop towels the thinnest roughest towels they could find. If I wanted to throw away 150 dollars I would have walked out but being a single mom who never gets away I was left with no choice but to remain.

We recently stayed to go back to school shopping at the outlets, and this hotel is very convenient and close to everything. About 2 miles from the outlets and only a 5 minute drive. Front desk lady was very nice during check in and check out.

The property is newly renovated. The floors were new, shower etc. They had obviously not cleaned the floors for while and they were dirty . Got our socks and feet dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. Now im not a picky person as long as its clean. But some things were not clean. The sheets had a couple spots on as well. Overall for one night not bad. I would'nt stay here for a week. Also be aware theres 50.00 extra charge you do get back but wasnt aware when i booked.

Great place to stay for the price in Lancaster. Room was fine, mattresses maybe a little firm for some folks. Staff was great, easy check in. Pool was great on for us and the Grand Daughter, it was 95 that evening. All major eating places are within 10 minutes, we chose Golden Corral.

The young lady at the front desk was nice and accommodating. The location is close to shopping and restaurants.
