This hotel is older and needs some updating. The hand rail in the shower in our room was broken and hanging off the wall. The room was clean and the furniture in the room was clean but well used. There is construction at the hotel so maybe room upgrades are coming? The hotel is close to everything and you can walk to Texas Roadhouse, IHop and Applebees. I would stay again.

Great stay for the night! Check in/out was easy, pool looked wonderful, no noisy neighbors, everyone was friendly, and so many food choices to walk to! It was a short walk to Dutch Wonderland which is why we stayed here, the path there was quick and for the price it was a great deal! It is pet friendly so there was dog hair in our room (we didn’t bring a dog , but we didn’t mind) The only cons were that there was some type of dried food or something down one wall , the outlets on the lights and night stand didn’t work, and there was no way to adjust the volume on the TV remote! Regardless of the few cons we will definitely stay here again, it wasn’t anything that was a deal breaker! For the price and location it was great! Our kids had so much fun and they were happy so were we! Thanks for a great stay and we will be back!

The refrigerator would freeze your food and drink to it was frozen, the wall plug didn't really work good...and the t.v remote control didn't work we had to use the t.v but overall everything else was good..would stay there again ,i see they are doing some upgrades on the place so i will give it time...will be back in the future the staff were very nice...

The place was terrible and rundown. The room they gave me had broken toilet seat hinge, broken paper towel holder, ice cream puddle in refrigerator, food stains on night stands and table tops, sticky surfaces. I was bitten awake at 2am by bed bugs and I killed 2 big ones with a lot of my blood on the sheets. I was bitten over 10 times. I called the front desk & requested a new double room, but was given a handicap room. So I took it. If it wasn't so late I would have left. I was itching all night & have photos of red marks on my legs. The hotel never contacted me after my bed bug complaint.

Property is under renovation, room was nice and clean but should have inspected room prior to renting. TV was not set up, jacuzzi tub had insufficient water supply to it. No hot water, just luke warm water to room. The jets control button to jacuzzi tub was not installed right. Bed very uncomfortable, pillows were not sufficient. Room was set up nice and clean, just nothing worked right. Staff was very helpful.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and kind, however, the premises are very dated. I had asked for another blanket, since the blanket on the bed was basically a sheet, and I was told "I don't have any more blankets". There was a feeling that many rooms are used as temporary homes? The property is, however, conveniently located next to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. Basically, a cheap hotel is cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for.

Good Hotel but don't expect much.
Rooms were ok. The hotel needs a little updating. Carpet smells and the bathrooms needs recaulking. The bath towels are essentially hand towels and extremely thin. The AC unit flooded our room, however maintenance was able to fix the problem. I went tot he front desk to ask for more towels and wash cloths but was given pool towel instead. I only stay there because of the convenance to venues that I'm interested in going to. But it's just a place to sleep and have a "base" while in Lancaster.

We waited 20 minutes at the front desk to check in because there was no one there. It says it's a non-smoking property, but smelled of smoke. Was told, "some people don't listen and there is nothing we can do"
