We stayed 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The room was very clean and updated as was the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again .

We had to ask for a different room, the room did not have a refrigerator then I tried to call front desk, and the room phone didn’t work, the next day we moved to another room with a refrigerator and a working room phone, the next day our leftovers from the dinner the night before went bad! That refrigerator stopped working, they did fix it the following day. Overall the week long stay was fair and the price I paid is was we got - fair price, but not the best

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Reminded me of staying at my aunt's farm when I was little. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely loved the rocking chair on the porch, very relaxing. Will definitely be back.

The front desk person was very friendly. The hotel was cozy and offered alot of items to make you comfortable in the foyer. The room was extremely clean, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen. I will definitely stay again.

We loved the quiet environment in the room we stayed in. The room was comfortable but noted cobwebs on ceiling in a couple spots like the cleanliness could be worked on. Overall we were very happy staying there.

Nice Place In Need of Some Sprucing Up.
We have been staying at this hotel for the past 4 visits to Lancaster. We love the hot tub which is not available at most hotels for a comparable rate. The hotel is clean but dated. The rugs in the room are old and can use a shampooing. The breakfast has declined from our first visit. Cereal, hard boil eggs, yogurt, bagel, apples and granola bars along with coffee, tea and juice. There are two buildings and coffee use to be available in both buildings. Now it’s only available in the main building. The mattresses are very soft and in need of replacement. The location is near the outlets and Dutch wonderland which gets a bit congested but it’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot. We will stay here again only because of the hot tub.
