Seldom have I stayed in a hotel with such charming friendly and attentive service. They all made our stay hassle free and very enjoyable. Food and wines in the restaurant were very good as was our very knowledgable and helpful waiter/sommelier. The only tiny issue was that the dining room was too hot and I normally like it warm and toasty, other than that it was a lovely place to stay in St Anton and I would definitely choose it for our next visit.

Very unwelcome staying, not recommended!
I stayed at this hotel 4 night and on my second day, I broke my lag (I had all the documents from the local hospital). I asked the administrator to cancel my rest nights or at least one night but the manager was not interested in my problems. He said: "You booked this hotel with a noncancellation option, so you need to pay all that's it". As for me, it's a very strange and not a human decision. Don't recommend this hotel and will never back.

Very spacious room, about 10 minutes walk to the lifts (surely not the closest you can get..), convenient ski room. Good breakfast and very nice staff (good tips on best runs for the weather) Outdoor pool was a bit cold for us but fun :-)

Highly recommend it!
This hotel has a great location and all the amenities you would want for a ski holiday. Whether you are out skiing all day or just want to take a relaxing day off, this hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and updated. The spa offers great treatments at reasonable prices. The sauna, steam area is modern and well laid out and also has a large pool. For foodies, this hotel will not disappoint. However, if you fancy a night out, the location also allows you to be close to many restaurants in the area. Would recommend this hotel for couples or families.

Great family ski trip
Great apartment accomodation with ability to self cater. Close walk to ski lifts and can leave ski boots and skis in storage where you hire them. Close to restaurants/bars and grocery store. Laundry facilities as well which is essential for a travelling family. Friendly, helpful staff. Family run and owned. Thoroughly recommend this to any family.

Good location and hotel, was a bit on the pricey side compared to rest of the resort. Room was good size and had all amenities - only thing is that they do not top up the soap, lotion etc which is a pain since you have to ask - should be standard practice. The lounge was great with good selection of drinks and coffees always on hand. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection on the buffet and loved the juicer to make your own fresh juice - great idea! Restaurant was good, however it was not so good for vegetarians as very limited selection and not very flexible to accommodate. Also the value in terms of what you pay was not as good in this sense. Spa was excellent, the pool was large and good facilities.

Das Hotel ist Ć¼bertrieben teuer, das Preis-LeistungsverhƤltnis stimmt null. Ich habe fĆ¼r 3 NƤchte mir ƜF 450 Euro bezahlt und und herabgewohntes Einzelzimmer mit null Komfort bekommen, fĆ¼r eine 4Sterne superior ein no go. Die WƤnde waren so dĆ¼nn, dass ich jedes Wort meiner Nachbarn verstanden habe, was sehr lƤstig ist, wenn man schlafen will. Das Zimmer war Ć¼ber trieben teuer, renovierungsbedĆ¼tftig und herabgewohnt. Ich wusste nicht, dass im Hotel FFP2 Maskenpflicht besteht, hatte eine normale chirurgische Maske auf und man bat mich eine FFP2 Maske an der Rezeption zu kaufen fĆ¼r 2ā‚¬, was fĆ¼r mich kein Problem war, da immer alle Corona SchutzmaƟnahmen respektiere. Ganz schlimm finde ich aber dann, dass man die EnglƤnder und NiederlƤnder im in der Bar OHNE Maske in und an der Bar rumlaufen lieƟ, niemand vom Personal hat da etwas gesagt, aber ICH musste mir eine FFP" Maske kaufen. Ich war zum ersten und letzten Mal in diesem Hotel
