The hotel itself is a beautiful, well-kept, welcoming place with nice, modern rooms, great food & good wellness program. In non-Covid circumstances, the stay would have been enjoyable. Therefore I am definitely considering coming back next year.
However, there are a few points of criticism I want to address, which made our experience even uncomfortable at times during the past 4 days:
1. The wellness manager was unwilling to find a time frame for the pool/wellness are for myself and my kids (4 and 11) during the first days even though I saw on her schedule that there were several openings. She kept arguing that “families come with many kids and thev just press the buttons of the wellness activities and just destroy everything. Tell your kids to NOT press any button!!!”, she kept saying repeatedly when I was finally able to book a time window. As I could see on her schedule, everyone got a 2-hour time window but we only got one hour. She interrupted our wellness session to control that my children were not loud and did not “press buttons”, as she repeatedly advised. When we showered in the back part where the rain showers are located, she yelled “don’t go in there with the kids!! Why would you go there if there’s a regular shower right next to the pool!?” My daughter started crying and wanted to leave immediately. I calmed her down, when 2 minutes later - about 50 minutes into our session - another couple entered with the wellness manager and she kept telling them, pointing
