Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Great location and getaway
We only spent two nights but really enjoyed the weekend break. Quiet location and the internet was surprisingly good so we could stream a movie with no issues. Yes there were a few spiders and the cell reception was non-existent but that was our goal. We love stopping by Langley and Freeland so this location was perfect. We did manage to be sucessful with our trout fishing which was an added bonus. Only improvements I could see would be to do some work on the shower so it doesn't leak water and leave a knife sharpener because those knives were as useful cutting meat as a butter knife.

I'd Stay Here Again
Lovely location on a quiet, gentle lake. You can swim, canoe, kayak, or float. We even saw a couple of people rowing although the lake is too small for serious sculling. The property is in a secluded area that's great for getaways. The house only has one shower on the lower floor, but it's big and can handle multiple guests. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 Star rating.

It’s a beautiful home on an amazing lake front property. The view was stunning. The lake was peaceful,calm and the perfect place for kayaking and swimming. It was a wonderful family experience I will cherish always.

Perfect Place to relax
If you're looking for the perfect place to relax and get some perspective on life, this is it. If you're fussy about every little detail, maybe this isn't. The awesome view, the privacy, the sauna, comfortable beds, great wood burning fireplace, all the important things are here. It's very rural, so as you might expect, the decks were covered in leaves, pine cones, broken branches, plus quite a few cobwebs throughout the house, things we read other renters complain about but don't bother us. We've rented a lot of VRBO homes, and this was one of our favorites. A little more regular cleaning would make it truly perfect but even without it, we'll be back for sure.
