Staff was pretty friendly and helpful but, the facility is in dire need of upgrades. The bathroom was very small! The workout room had no fan or air conditioning and was inside the pool area—hot and humid. Best features were the facility’s proximity to the interstate and soft towels.

Absolutely one of the cleanest nicest places I have been!!! We have stayed here twice, and it will be our stop any time we come to Michigan. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is fantastic!!!

Not what it used to be. .
I booked after searching pet friendly hotels. Isssumed they would know I had a dog. Guess not. I got a not to friendly voice mail telling me we did not tell them we had a dog and would have to move rooms. We moved. To the back of building. Many of rooms back there did not even have door locks. Guess they were redoing those rooms. New key cards stopped working. Bothe rooms had toilet seats barely attached. It was quiet however. We were there 3 nights. In general the whole place seemed rundown. Not the really nice place it was inthe past

Hotel front desk had excellent customer service. Hotel has some pretty crappy rooms if u don't get the new remodeled room. Pool area actually has wood planks hanging from ceiling above the pool. If one of them fell in hit someone it could definitely cause serious injury or fatality. I booked through Expedia and got an excellent rate,just beware of you book with 3rd party you will have to ask for a better room ex. 248
