Probably one of the worst places I have ever been
The room was so dirty, less than one hour after check in, we left and had to find a room at another hotel. There was literally ketchup on the walls. The room smelled of cigarettes, alcohol and vomit covered up with some chemical cleaner that was so strong our noses were burning.

Canceled my reservation before I could even check in. Had to wait at front desk for long period before anyone waited on me. I looked around and the lobby and entrance was dirty and uninviting. Workers on side of building smoking and room wasn't ready. Pictures on website definetly not the same as in person.

One night stay... our room door was wide open when we went to enter our room for the first time (front desk advised). Room was run down- bathroom had paint coming off walls and the grime staining the tub was off-putting (did not shower while staying there due to this). No issues with front desk staff. Free breakfast was fine.

Horrid!!
The shower was absolutely gross and the curtain rod was broken. The bathroom door handle was broken. The mirror outside the bathroom was broken. The floors had not been vaccummed. Someone had went to the bathroom and didn't flush. Breakfast was shut down early by 2 of the emoloyees even tho people were still getting food. They were rude and locked everything up. Everything about this hotel was horrid. Spoke with management and they have tried to find every which way out from trying to make it right with us. We spent more on this hotel than any other room on this trip and it was the absolute worst!!

The first room they gave me had terrible smell of smoke. The second one had a dirty smell. The carpet was humid and gross. Pillows smelled like sweat. A/C wasn't working properly. To make things worst, the breakfast was terrible!

I’ve stayed at comfort suites for decades it’s my only choice. So far this is the only one that I’ve ever been to that I would never recommend to anyone to go to. I would not stay there again. It appeared as if it was under renovation, and things were dirty and undone everywhere.

If you are considering making reservations at this hotel, you may want to reconsider. The toilet was clogged. The phone did not work and TV cable was out for over 17 hours. The bathroom door handle was broken, and a large handle was missing on the chest drawers. The refrigerator was very noisy in the middle of the night and we could not close the curtains to block out parking lot lamp light. Toiletries and towels were not replenish, but had to request. Staff only did minimal work and annoyed when you asked them for anything. Not there to serve the guests. Sometimes staff was actually rude. No listing anywhere as to time breakfast was served. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage everyday. Only half a dozen muffins, buns, and bagels put out each day. If you were not early, they were gone. Apples were the only fruit. No coffee cups. Told to go back to our room to get our own. Had to one day even request plates. No list of area restaurants. Never an apology from anyone including the manager. This hotel was not up to the usual Comfort Inn quality I have been accustomed to. Very disappointing. I would not recommend it.
