Easy access to apartment with info sent week of stay to access entry. Upon arrival to apartment fan and air conditioner running to address an unpleasant smell in the apartment. We opened windows in apartment to help with the smell. Small coffe pot, filters, and coffee in apartment, but very dusty and dirty so did not use. Okay, would find other accommodations in the future.

It was a lovely place. And the owner was very easy to contact if we had any questions. For sure would recommend. The only problem was there were 1 (maybe 2) dogs that were in the apt complex that did bark quite a bit.

Great stay in nice cozy apartment
This little apartment was comfortable and a nice place to stay for a couple nights. It was very close (10minutes) to the University. It was very clean, well taken care of, and had everything you could ask for. The only recommendation would be to get a bolt lock for the front door or another lock that you can put on the front door to feel more secure. I would definitely stay here again!

I was, overall, impressed with the room. The room was clean however, it looked like the cleaners missed the bathroom sink. The rest of the unit, including the bathroom, was very clean but there were men's shavings in the sink and soap/water stains on the faucet which led me to believe that the sink was just overlooked. It is a second floor apt with 2 steep flights of steps so that was bit of a drawback for us. The outside terrace is in need of a new paint job. The bed was soft and I like a soft mattress so that was perfect for me. Very comfy room and nicely decorated.

Amazing value for a great stay
First, don't trust the Google Map image for this property. It is dated and this is a legit small multi-building apartment complex. The unit is clean, comfortable, and close to all you need to do in Laramie. I completely appreciated the care and maintenance of this unit for the extremely affordable price. I will stay again, if it is available, but I believe it is a popular stay. Really excellent host.
