Food and drink options were amazing. Room was fabulous and very clean. We paid for a sea view but only got a room with a partial sea view to the side. The pool area was definitely too crowded and too small for the number of people in the hotel. Definitely not relaxing and we had to go out of the hotel every day to find a quiet space to relax at the beach. So even though we paid for full board, we only used half board. Very disappointing.

Waiting for my luggage back at Heathrow and am missing the wonderful Amarande Hotel already. Oxana, Guest relations and the rest of the front of house team made my welcome and departure a fabulous memory. The hotel is my new fave (used to use the Sunrise Pearl and Jade nearby!) but the staff and set up throughout far exceeds whatever they offered. Twice in one year so far. Back again v soon.

Hotel insgesamt ganz gut, aber nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau. Es ist ein gutes 4 Sterne Plus Hotel. Das Personal ist bemüht, insgesamt sehr freundlich aber teilweise ziemlich unfreundlich und arrogant. Vor allem an der Rezeption gibt es 2 Damen die einfach im falschen Job sind! Die Zimmer sind schön und werden täglich gut gereinigt. Auf jeden Fall Meerblickzimmer buchen sonst schaut man auf einen Wasserpark mit viel Geschrei. Frühstück ist umfangreich. Schlussabrechnung gut überprüfen.

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing. The only criticism we can say we were half board and they did not include any soft drinks or more importantly water which is inexpensive and I believe water should be supplied as a courtesy.
