The Pepita flat is a complete house with a special charm. It is located on the first floor and has a living/dining room with high wooden ceilings dating back to the 19th century. In addition, its large windows overlooking both streets allow for excellent ventilation and natural light throughout the day.

This property has three separate bedrooms, one of which has large windows. In addition, the main hallway has large windows overlooking the central courtyard of the building, which is located on the ground floor. These windows provide a generous amount of natural light, adding a special touch to the interior lighting.
