Playa Bonita Residences is an exclusive community. Even on the ā€œbusyā€ weekend we did not feel like our space was limited. Grounds are great and pool is wonderful. Units are very close to the shoreline. Prior to check in I was informed that the unit I selected had a plumbing concern and as such we were given an upgraded unit.
