Nestled across from a quaint park, only 7 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip and 5 minutes from McCarran Airport, this newly renovated stunner has every amenity a traveler could desire. Whether you want to sit back and unwind, enjoy a romantic getaway, have a comfortable place to work or take a vacation with friends, Paradise Park LV has you covered. This property boasts: free high speed Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu capabilities, washer/dryer, pool, gas powered BBQ, a nearby Starbucks, Walmart, Chipotle and many convenient restaurants. We will provide you with tea and coffee, and there is filtered water in the full size refrigerator. Other amenities include personal toiletries and laundry detergent. Enjoy 24 hour keyless check-in and plenty of parking. In addition to a California King memory foam bed and a Queen memory foam bed, we have provided 2 extra memory foam, fold out mattresses (with bedding) to accommodate additional travelers (the couch is comfy too). It’s our pleasure to help make your experience in the great city of Las Vegas an outstanding one.

Fun weekend getaway location!
Very nice place to stay! Very clean and we felt right at home. The pool (very clean) added to the enjoyment and we especially appreciated the privacy that was provided with it. If we were to come to Vegas again, we would definitely book here again!

Just north of airport, Centrally located not far from strip, Fremont, Walmart super store and Hoover Dam. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 2 bedroom, 2 baths make it easy for 2 couples’ privacy and stay. Conditions of furnishing and amenities are probably standard for usual Vegas party house, taking this into consideration for the rating.

Quick Vegas Trip
Our stay was overall a good experience, couple of hiccups but travel is always unpredictable. The house was a good fit, enjoyed having the park directly across the street and neighborhood was very quiet. Only surprise was a unannounced backyard visitor on check-out day, luckily our pet was not near the gate when it opened. I would recommend this listing to friends and family for it's location to all events in the area.

Rich was an excellent host. The condo was just as expected from the pictures. The site had everything I needed. Both beds were very comfortable . Very clean site. Lovely place!
The house and yard are well kept. The fully fenced backyard is great for dogs. Pool was clean, everything was clean. Decor is nice and still functional. Beds were very comfortable. Host is very responsive. Only slight complaint is that there is just 1 TV. Definitely recommend!

Love this House!!
We always book this great 2bedroom/2bath house when we go to Las Vegas. It’s close to airport, restaurants, not far from the Strip. Has a great park across the street.There is an un-heated pool that is super warm in September! It’s always clean and perfect for us. The property manager, Rich, is the bonus!! He’s super on it… takes care of anything that you might need. No need for us to ever look for another place- our dog thinks it’s our second home :)) 5 Star for us.

Rich’s property was perfect. It was only about a 10 minute drive to the strip, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated had everything we needed during our 2 night stay. The backyard was very spacious and the pool felt so refreshing. Rich was very communicative and we would definitely love to stay again. Highly recommend this property.

Time Travel
We had a heck of a time getting to Vegas from Texas, but with communication and quick response from Rich and getting to the house in the middle of the night it was nice to have such easy communication to set up an extra night, which was such a relief after our road trip adventures. The pool was my oasis! The house is so cute and comfy. Neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe. We had 360° fireworks for the 4th! And some great steaks on the little grill. King bed was COMFY if you like firm foam like I do. Would recommend and would stay again!
