My daughter and I were in town for a music festival on the Strip. The cost of the hotels on the Strip was really expensive, so we found this place which was about a 15 minute drive. The rate here was excellent. We were here for three nights, and although they did not have a non-smoking room available for our first night, they were able to switch us the next day. It is a casino, so smoking is going to happen. We understood and were glad that the staff accommodated us to a non-smoking room the next night. The staff was great, the food at the restaurants were good, and overall, we had an excellent stay. Would stay here again!

Our stay was ok just to rest and prepare for our day. The air conditioner didn’t work, beds were hard, and the television only had three channels none for kids. The carpet inside the room was not clean and the room itself could definitely be upgraded. Food and staff were polite. Was a busy weekend in Vegas and lots of places were sold out. The stay was ok and outside the property isn’t as bad as what people say.

Check in was Super easy and fast. The receptionist were all very friendly and took the time to answer questions I had. The 24 Hour restaurant was a big plus for us. They also have a Dunkin Donuts and 2 other food court options. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will probably return in the future.

Unless you have a car to drive somewhere this hotel is not a good option because it’s not a great area & nothing is really close enough to walk to. The hotel is run down, the shower walls were dirty & the reception on the tv was horrible! The hotel has a pool but it’s very small, it also has a hot tub but the jets are horrible & splash water everywhere when they are on. When we checked in, we were supposed to have a room with a king bed but when we checked in, we were told we would be getting a room with 2 queens. They said the rooms are first come first serve & all the kings were taken. I booked on a 3rd party site & I chose a king bed - there was no mention of this first come first serve rule. Also, the food offered at this hotel is terrible. It is only slightly more expensive to stay in Freemont… I would recommend paying the extra money to stay somewhere else. I would never stay here again.

I didn’t like the fact that my Expedia amount said the total amount you’ll pay and then when I got there, they charged me an extra $33…… I feel I was lied to and I don’t like that but yet if I don’t book it through a third-party, I have to pay it or pay more. That makes no sense. Why would they pay a third-party when they could just give me the discount on their website?

The staff was friendly. The property is a bit rundown. The dining was reasonably priced plenty of options. Our room had a funky smell to it. It’s all a little rundown and could be cleaner. Love that they have live music. The clientele that was there was a little rough. Very smoky! We were staying there for a baseball tournament so it served its purpose.
