Excellent Value for Money–Highly Recommended!
This hotel greatly exceeded expectations. One becomes used to a particular standard for a given price. This one was far better than expected. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was large, modern, clean and well equipped. There was plenty of parking. It’s dog-friendly and there’s a very nice park less than a block away. I could even charge my EV for free!

Was disappointed in this Best Western. This is the first negative review I have given a hotel. A faulty door lock caused us to multiple times need to be let into our room. It was not repaired nor were we were offered another room. From the first time we tried to enter our room until the final morning we were only able to get in twice without requesting assistance. Additionally, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive when we expressed our disappointment with our room assess. Beds and bedding were sub-par. Shower was dated and low pressure. Do not recommend.

This was a surprise diamond in the rough! Never know what you are going to get! This place was clean, updated, abundant and fluffy towels! Great bed linens! Bathroom nice. Just overall very pleasant room! The staff was very helpful and friendly I will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Black mold in bathrooms, tubs wouldn't drain and maintenance man lived too far away to come and fix it. Bag of trash was found in a drawer, hole in door and looks like they were doing drywall work on the bathroom. Dogs were allowed to stay on the hotel, and one was barking. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and we tried to cancel, but neither Expedia nor the owner would refund our money. We left anyway. It is not safe to stay there.

Reliable place to stay
Reliable place to stay. I have stayed here before, and it has proven to be convenient. The only problem with this stay was the light on the in-room coffee maker kept flickering when it was not in use. It created a rather bright flash at night with all lights turned off. It was a minor issue that I resolved by covering it with a towel before going to bed. I didn't use it, anyway as I got beverages from the breakfast room. Just something to keep an eye on. Other than that, the rooms and property were kept clean as they always have over the years. Cordial customer service.
