Our bathroom was tight quarters and we are slender people. Windows looked out on a wall and because we were 11 stories up we couldn't see anything so I would say we didn't get the best room in the house. Our fault we didn t asak to be moved I guess.

Walls or doors are kind of thin. You can hear people coming and going and it sometimes sounds like someone is coming into your room the noise is so loud. Other than that everything was good.

the aircon or ventilation is not working well. before we go sleep our room can smell coming in the smell of cigarettes. but i like how the free parking when you check in. and also near only bu the fremont place

I called in advance and they gave me a room close to Fremont Street that had all night long loud music! The bathroom and door opening made it horrible to get in and out the bathroom. The room is old, shutting the door in the hallway sure could be heard inside the room. This is the first hotel I stayed not provides water and coffee/tea in the room, though the Las Vegas is doing this! Then, what’s the value left to the hotel? Similarly, we were asked to pay for the resort fees for those we never used, for example the swimming pool not opens in the winter but we paid for using it!

Hawaiian flair, without the Hawaiian hospitality.

Floors were dirty. Shower had hair on the floor, blinds dirty and not in working order. Some staff was friendly, other staff in the Cafe and Member desk were not friendly and or not helpful, and didn’t seem interested in helping. Injured my hand on sharp edges of the furniture, and the front desk didn’t seem to particularly care.
