This place is old and run down. To get into the pool is like Fort Knox. There is a metal gate all the way around. Then once you get in you have to go all away back around for the little slice of pool that was open. Only one elevator that worked and that took 10 minutes at times. Don’t recommend.

Property was nice, a little outdated. Staff was friendly but not very welcoming. Could be because they were busy. The room was definitely outdated. We had to unplug a lamp in order to turn ceiling lights off and the sink smelled horribly in the kitchen. I had to keep it plugged up

Let’s start with the positives. Our suite was very spacious. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and a living room with balcony. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked. All at a very reasonable price through Expedia. The staff was also part of the positives, they were personable and respectful. The down sides to this hotel: The whole hotel is very outdated. The carpet in the Hallways are dingy. The room at first glance is neat and tidy. But after being in the space we noticed, that the dishwasher’s door scrapped the Refrigerator’s door making it a struggle to open, the shower fixtures are not secured and loose. The toilet in the master bath had toilet paper, and urine in the bowl and a long hair on the toilet seat. Since we arrived late and had traveled a long distance, I decided to used a disinfecting wipe on the toilet seat and decided not to complain at that time. (Not the best idea.) After trying to sleep, I struggled to get comfortable all night. I awoke early to feelings of bruised hips and stiff joints. The bed was too hard. All of the people in our party struggled with their beds as well. We called the front desk and asked if we can switch rooms for a more comfortable bed. The staff was honest and could only offer an additional comforter to use as a cushion on the bed. The comforter was thin and would not be enough to relieve the discomfort of the hard mattresses. We decided to cancel the rest of our stay.

The moment you walk in they start bugging you about timeshare presentation, even when turning them down they keep up the pressure and start to follow you as you walk away. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are quite large, but the fans and vents were very dirty.

Everything was great. Staff was very accommodating and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Property was very clean. Amenities were good. We’ll be staying here again for sure.

We Loved the pool area. The rooms are Nice and big. Our beds were really comfortable with clean towels and bedding the couch pull out not so much. Our group had a total of 3 Rooms mine was Dusty and i saw a Cockroach in the kitchen the last night we stayed.
