First it was very noisy, staff did not help to get a room away from the freeway noise . The bath tub was dirty with hair, the toilet had poop stains, no liquid soap, one set of towels for two persons, dirty carpet, tissue paper two left in the box, the bed sheets were inside out with hair on it! I don’t think I have to continue !!!

Sewage smell.
The room and facility were clean enough. I was surprised that a hair dryer was not provided. There was also a pungent smell of sewage in my room. Maintenance came each night to try and clear the smell. However, the smell continually returned and I developed a migraine each night due to the smell.

We enjoyed the dog friendly features. The carpet in our room is long overdo for shampoo however and very stained. My dog is very well behaved and never abused the room in any way but the carpet reflected former abuse.

What I liked about the stay was the staff. They were very helpful and nice. The location is perfect and easy to get in and out of. What I didn't like this time was the room. It had a musty order.

I did not like the service that was presented. Someone came into my room and didn’t even let me know they were coming into my room. I got a complaint due to having a conversation in the middle of the night. I was given the wrong room and when I ask about the other room was told there was no rooms available
