The house is in a great location with a quiet and safe neighborhood, but everything is a mess in this house.
First, I don't know if the person who communicates with me is the host or the property management group ..... the reply is so slow. He/She/ They took nearly 20 hours to respond to each of my questions, so I can't fix or solve the housing issue when we want to use it. It's ok to take maybe a few hours to respond to me, but not 18 to 20 hours. It's already another day.
Second, the house is filthy. When we first get into it, there are some used bowls, plates, and utensils with food on the table and cabinet. The towels the house provides are dirty, and we can even find some hair on them.
Third, the house is broken. The window covering in the bedroom next to the second-floor toilet is missing some parts, so it cannot block the light from outside. The second-floor toilet's water tap is unstable; every time we try to use it, the whole tap moves. The fan in the bedroom in front of the second-floor toilet is noisy, and every time we turn on the fan, the light must be on, which means no light, no fan. So my friend can't turn on the fan when she sleeps.
Fourth, the pool was dirty when we arrived because the running water system was not off. There were no instructions for using it or turning it on/off, so we had no pool to use.
