This was a beautiful property! The rooms were super clean and beds super comfortable. However, for the pricing they should have had beds turned down, as well as several of the restaurants having to long of wait times knowing the amount o people who would be there! Otherwise, nice stay wouldn’t stay again to expensive.

Property was great, just far from the center of the strip, our room was gorgeous and roomy with a great view, staff was very friendly and helpful, only issue we had was that we stay up late and get up late and had room service knock on the door early in the morning to clean the room then we called downstairs to let them know we were leaving and that they can come up to service the room, no one ever came, when we got back our room it was not made up and had no towels for the next morning, we called the desk and let them know and they said that the cleaning staff said that they had cleaned our room at 1.45pm and we said no it was still not cleaned, they apologized for the issue and sent us what we needed for the morning.

Was there for a music festival at the festival grounds so chose based on its location. It takes a lot to wow me, but this place did. You can tell when they were designing it the details really were given a lot of thought. Friendly staff and excellent food choices.

Light buttons not the easiest

The hotel is beautiful! It was comfy and clean. Our only issue is that the light switches/buttons did not work well for the bathroom. We pretty much could only get the night time mode on the entire stay.

Enjoyable stay

Huge hotel/casino, staff was very friendly and the bar in the middle was a great place to get a drink and visit. The steak house on the 2nd floor was very good with a great staff. The only disadvantage is it is far enough from the main part of the strip so you will need a taxi/rideshare service to get there or very good walking shoes.

We had a great stay at the Fontainebleau. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained and comfortable. The food at the promenade was ok but nothing to write home about. For the price you can find better quality food. If you’re looking for water there is a bottle refill station near the valet/parking lot. Bottles of water in the hotel are pricy. Other than the overpriced food and water we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water in the shower and sink in one of the bathrooms, snacks were never restocked, limit to cash a check at the cashier cage was a ridiculously low, went to Bellagio to cash a check and had no problems, food court had very little to select from, and slot machines were extremely tight and not paying. We have a limo driver that we have used for many years and when we went out to get picked up the help stated that when we need a limo driver we were to call him and no one else, that he would take care of this. Was also disappointed when we went to set up massages and were told they do not do in room massages. After spending the amount on the suite, it was small compared to other casinos we have stayed at. Overall experience not good and would not stay there again.

We decided to select a nicer hotel this trip for our wedding weekend and it was so worth it. Everything was very beautiful, the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, and it was conveniently located. As much as I said I wouldn't want/need to stay at a 5 star hotel in Vegas ever again, I can't see myself wanting to stay anywhere else.
