The property was very clean, liked the security guard at the elevators, easy check-in and check out and great room. I will agree with some other reviewers that the shower design takes ALL the water that hits the glass and funnels it onto the step and then onto the floor. This kinda needs to be remedied. Meanwhile, assume one bath towel per shower will be used in sopping up water. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the resort fees and their shower room. It had one half door, which didn't make sense to me. The other half of the shower room was open where water wet the bathroom floor. Ig was designed that way.

Overall stay was decent. Good food options at the hotel and is close to the strip. The housekeeping staff was the best service in the hotel. They brought us extra towels and pillows right away when we asked. The whole floor smelled like marijuana the whole time, even though the floor was supposed to be non-smoking. The front desk staff had no customer service, worst I’ve ever experienced as a Nevadan who often stays at hotels/casinos. They were not nice at check in or at check out. Would’ve checked out online, but it wasn’t available and the kiosk at the counter also wasn’t working. It was reasonably priced which is why we booked there, but probably won’t be going back.
