Welcome to Sundee Vacations and Luna di Lusso 416. If you are looking for a super clean, newly re-modeled and luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartments, look no further. You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. Most of the other units in the building are furnished with exactly the same furniture, mattresses and carpet as they were when the building opened in 2006, over 18 years ago! Just compare the pictures you will see the difference. We have installed gorgeous wood floors throughout the kitchen, living and bedroom areas for that extra warm feeling. We have the best quality bed linens, towels, paper products to make you feel at home. For those staying longer, we have a larger refrigerator/freezer and safe for your valuables available for use.
The service you will receive from check in to check out will be unparalleled. This unit is meticulously cleaned after every guest and our cleaning staff is paid a higher wage to assure that they will take the time to check every minor detail before leaving. Our beds are new top of the line, "Heavenly Bed" Mattresses you will experience that clean crisp feeling when you are ready to turn in for the night. Lovely rental
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was super clean and very quiet-we experienced no noise from other units. The mattress was comfortable and the bed linens and towels were good quality. The decor was very nice and updated as well. The building itself and the grounds were very well kept and clean. Communication with the host was easy and the response was timely. We were in the area for two concerts and a sporting event and it was such a nice respite to stay at this peaceful unit in a serene setting.

lovely condo with beautiful view
This condo overlooks Lake Las Vegas. It is a quiet retreat from the bustle of the nearby city and suburbs. Joe was very good at communicating and getting us checked in early. He quickly resolved a small problem. This place is well stocked and well maintained. Very good for couple seeking a quiet retreat. One thing worth mentioning is the village across the lake. it was lovely too but also quiet. Most places were closed by early evening. If you are looking for nightlife, this is not the place.

Joe & Letty have a exceeded our expectations - their condo and lake views are exactly as advertised and we loved staying Luna Di Lusso! This was a great place as a central headquarters for the sites and places we wanted to visit during our stay in the desert. This time of year the weather was absolutely fantastic as well. SUCH a charming area!
This worked out great for our needs as we were visiting a cousin in Henderson and really didn't want to stay in Las Vegas. The unit is exactly as described and there are several restaurants and a grocery/deli just a short walk away. The view was outstanding and being by the water was so much fun. There were fireworks the first night and a live band was playing across the water from us on our final evening. We relaxed and sat on our balcony and listened. Perfect!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. The property is exactly as described. The condo is spotless and comfortable. I slept as well as I do at home. That is not usually the case for me on vacation. The location is great if you want to be out away from downtown. It is extremely close to Lake Mead National Recreational area. Which was perfect for us as that was the focus of our vacation verses the strip. It is easy drive to the strip as well. The facility is beautiful and as clean as the condo. Laundry facility is in the building, convenient and very clean. Communication with owners was great. I highly recommend this property it is definitely a 5/5. If we return to Vegas we will definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Location is great. Lake Mead, Hoover Dam close by, Valley of Fire state park was farther away, but beautiful. Las Vegas strip also about 30 min away. In the middle of everything great. Place was clean and the welcoming touches were thoughtful. Easy communication and check in!!
