4. NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the Channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
5. Must follow Guest count max rules according to the listing description.
