Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. An comfortable place to lay your head for a few days
Starting with the booking process being very easy and check in was pretty simple the property manager sends you all the codes you need in a text message prior to your stay..please read very carefully everything you need is there from gate entrance, apartment code, and pool code. I over looked some information and tried to contact property manager from phone number that we had been communicating through however I was unsuccessful thankfully I found the information we needed to enter the property in the text. There is no internet access in the home at all the WiFi code doesn’t work so please be prepared to be without internet for your whole entire visit…no need in trying to contact the property manager about this issue you will not get a response we tried. I travel there with my husband and our two young adults ages 19 and 21 and they were very disappointed about the internet as it was 112 degrees outside so we spent a good amount of time just in the condo. The condo itself is about 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip so be prepared for that, which is not a bad thing if you looking a quiet place to connect with your family or friends this would be great if they had internet. Check out process was good and flexible with an extra hour so we we’re grateful for that. Overall the condo was clean besides the crackers we found under the sleeper in living room, bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable all the dishes and essentials were available.

We stayed here for four days with our 15yo and 20 yo children. We wanted to switch to a bigger quieter space after staying on the strip for a few days and this property was exactly that. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The area is very quiet and beautiful while still being close enough to stores and restaurants we needed. We enjoyed the few restaurants and gelato located on the property! We used this condo as a hub for day trips for hiking mainly but did spend time walking around the area and used the pool and hot tub. Raymond provided us with detailed check in information and pictures which made our arrival and entrance to the condo easy!

The unit we stayed in was nice and the Lake Las Vegas area is beautiful. It's very quiet and peaceful there. The couch in the unit was not clean and had an odor which we reported. We had to cover it with sheets to sit on it. Might be time for some new furniture in that unit. Bed was just ok.

This place was as advertised. It was lovely to walk along Lake Los Vegas and there were good restaurants nearby. Its location made visiting Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West straightforward. Access to Las Vegas was easy but depended on traffic.

Loved the location and the condo. We discovered the beds box spring in the second bedroom was broken causing a dip in a section of the mattress. Experienced extremely low water pressure (but only in the master bathroom...weird) during our first morning there. Couldn't even flush the toilet...had to use a big container of water to flush it. Water pressure eventually returned and was good the rest of the time. Other then that we loved our stay.

We came into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with our older children. This unit had plenty of room for us and the dining room table was perfect for dinner! We loved the little shops and stores in the community just a few steps away. We also loved the location... peaceful with hiking trails nearby but only 20-30 minutes from the strip. The unit is accurately described in the posting and communication was detailed and prompt. Thank you for sharing!!

We loved the condo at Lake Las Vegas! It was spotless. Just perfect for our family of 4. We came to Vegas to attend a wedding in Boulder City and to spend time with family in Henderson. We were in Vegas for 5 nights and wanted the ability to get away from the craziness of the strip. We hit a home run with this condo. It's less than 30 minutes from everything Vegas has to offer, but it feels like you're in a different world. Just a 2 minute walk to Lake Las Vegas and with a bunch of cool shops and restaurants right outside the door, it's a great place to enjoy your Vegas vacation. Quiet place away from the Vegas strip. So cute and picturesque with the cute shops, lights and view. Everything was clean and maintained. We were bummed every night that the pool was locked early, but later learned it was due to lightning. We just wish there was a sign/better communication. The text messages had all the information, but the messages were so long and hard to scroll through. I would have appreciated the same information in an email as well to read it easier.
