When we purchased this property, we fell in love with its potential. To be able to kick back and enjoy Vegas without having to be in the chaos, but you still want to have that Vegas feel.

We put a lot of thought, heart and money into this house to completely renovate it from flooring to cabinets, counters and that sexy shower in the primary suite. We wanted you to feel modern and feel like this place is meant for you.

We put in a jacuzzi so you could enjoy the cold weather months, and the pool of course is amazing in the Vegas summers - you won't want to get out. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we enjoyed creating it for you!

This home is a single level four bedroom with no stairs.

Other Things to Note:
There are 2 security cameras in the property: 1 located at Doorbell 1 located in Front (facing the street) All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
