Glad I only stayed one night

Just needed an overnight stay as we were on a girls trip and checked in to our Airbnb the next day. I will say, if you get in late there is nothing to eat. With that hotel being so big, there needs to be something for people to eat. I will also say, our headboard which was covered by the pillows when we checked in was completely torn up. So tacky, that they are not fixing that and just allowing the clean crew to just cover up with the pillow. If I wasn't on my computer I would show you the picture I took.

No room service for 4 out of 6 days. Have to chase room service and beg for towels. One of the elevators out of service most of the time. With only one elevator for floors 23 and up, people were piling up creating very hazardous situation with NO hotel security staff regulating the traffic.

I did not expect the carpets and cough in this room too be so dirty. Tile in bathroom falling off the wall and out of 4 elevators only one was working one night. I have stayed at Hyatt hotels before and this is not Hyatt standard hotel at all.

I feel like this property should do more to have more foot traffic. Many of the accommodations are worn down from flooring to shuttered businesses around the property. I recommend that The property get rid of the couch in the room from 1990 it looks worn out and would be better off not there in the first place. I do want to say thank you to the employees. All were very kind and helpful.

Great Stay

Extremely satisfied with my stay. I was here on a business trip and because of the quietness of the room and the comfy bed, I will be staying here again if I come back out this way.

Didn’t know the room door was broken, it’s not lock when door close. Unsafe during a night. Empty lotions tube on the sinks. Remote TV was not working.
