A nice little studio for 4-5 (not 6)
The listing wrongly says that this property sleeps 6, which is more 4-5 on two beds. Other that that, it's pristine and nicely located in a quiet neighborhood (although there are no points of interest in the vicinity).

I think we got a great deal on our stay! It’s not close to the strip. We did have to drive a lot but we still saved money and this place was great. It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

The room was clean and the hostess was very accommodating but due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up staying elsewhere. We came here to visit our elderly aunt. On the first day she fell so we stayed with her. She was not hospitalized so I have no proof.

Great value alternative to busy hotels
Found this place last minute on a busy Vegas weekend. It met my expectations and I was happy with my experience there. Checkin was easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Very nice to arrive to a nice cool place when it's 100+ degrees in Vegas summer (great A/C)! Thank you
