The Orleans was very kind and thoughtful to me. I had generous and kindhearted waitress and the staff has been wonderful. I like staying here it’s a little distance off the Strip which made it more quiet and pleasant.

Orleans Hotel not too far from strip,but you'd have to get a taxi there and back they used to have a shuttle bus which was great but not anymore Staff at Orleans are excellent very helpful and friendly all staff except for check in at reception. They are very unpleasant and not at all helpful, not even a welcome or smile from any of them Rooms nice and quiet and comfortable beds A very special thank you too Louis at mardi gras bar he's great barman and very good with the jokes a real gentleman Would recommend Orleans Hotel. Good gambling But registration staff could do with a lot more training

we loved it there was our first time. our granddaughter was in the all in one barrel races. we were originally booked thru you for circus circus but canceled to be with our kids at this hotel. now your company wont reimburse us for the cancellation. so with this said i will never book thru this company again
