I personally wouldn't stay here again. The staff was polite and friendly but the place is super outdated and my room smelled like urine. It appeared to be clean but that smell! And the walls were thin. I could hear ppl late at night or in the early mornings talking, shouting or singing. Other than that it was ok but I wont be returning

The Orleans is a nice place. I would stay there again. We spent the week there. We did have some issues. The tub would take hours to finally drain. There was me and my wife. one of us had to shower with our feet in the water. I also had paid for a strip view room, it had a view of the parking garage, not the strip. However when I told them these things at checkout they gave me a partial refund I was happy with. I could have complained the first day and I am certain they would have immediately addressed it.

I would say average. Room wasn’t the cleanest we had to wipe things down, very noisy we could hear people above us and next to us. There was a big gap under our door and wind was blowing and making noises …. Hard to sleep. Staff was friendly and casino was nice.
