I don't like the advertising for rooms with a view of the strip and they're not near the strip and you can't see the strip but you're paying for the strip way too many dogs

Unfortunately our stay was not as pleasant here as other Virgin hotels. There were employee strikers outside who were screaming profanity at guests so there was a lot of noise. The lack of restaurant services and staff made the vibe a little off. Honestly would avoid until they sort out their internal grievances.

Loved the property, staff being super friendly. Not cool was the noise level from the demonstrators both nights we were extremely noisy, which I don’t mind, just not at night. Total sleep deprivation….I don’t think their noise level at night is going to help their cause and will in fact turn hotel guest. Other than that we loved our room, the hotel and the property

We went for NFR and unfortunately they had picketing and we got so harassed every time we walked out to walk dogs. It was just so annoying and restaurants on property closed

The room is great but there is door between my room and neighbor ‘s room were separated the rooms. I don’t know why do you place that door between and didn’t place the whole wall. . That is terrible because of noise. My family could not sleep because we heard voices, talking, and baby was crying all the time. Also, this place isn’t cheap you have to put microwave, kettle or coffee maker because you have nothing. But believe me the noise was the worse issue since we need to drive to home for 9 hours and we could not rest because of baby that was crying and noisy family that was talking by 3:00 a. m ( morning). Don’t recommend this place at all.

The valet people and bellmen said they were only allowed to help with luggage and did not help with our other belongings like bags and boxes. We have never had that treatment from other hotels at all in any place around the US or abroad.

This is the second time I have stayed here and both times they had their employees marching around the resort screaming at the customers because they were on strike. The loud sirens were ridiculous and traumatized my little puppy. I called to use the hot tub at the spa and they told me I would have to pay for a service to use the hot tub. Starting price is $85. Another disappointment, I really thought that they would be more accommodating after all the disrespectfulness I received anytime I went outside. But they were not lifting the fee for me to use the hot tub so I will not stay here again.
