Property around the hotel is a bit sketchy but we took the tram to the strip and that worked. The hotel was clean, lots of dining options and friendly dtaff. Rooms were a bit noisy but overall very happy with my stay

The property and overall hotel experience was nice enough but management falsely charged me a $500 smoking charge to my room after claiming a sensor went off. They refused to remove it or to come by and properly investigate it. Very disappointed — not even a smoker. I will not be returning

The trip was for business and I needed to wake up in the morning so get up early as well. But it was so noisy I couldn’t sleep. Even when the other customers open their door and close it you can hear everything. Other then this it was ok.

Upon check-in my room was on the 18th floor with an amazing view of the Sphere, the lady who assisted with checking me in was AMAZING! On the 2nd day of my stay the people who was next door from me kept banging on the suite door and complaining about loud talking and music playing at 4pm. Guest services were kind enough to move me to another room but I lost out on the view I had. That was upsetting and not to mention this all happened on my birthday. Besides that issue the stay was great. This is a family hotel with shopping, dining, and casino. Highly recommended.
