The space includes a reverse-cycle heat pump, ensuring that guests are kept comfortable throughout Tasmania's everchanging temperatures.
Step into the beautifully renovated kitchen, where modern appliances, stunning designs, and ample bench space await to create those hearty culinary creations. Equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, cutlery, cookware, essential consumables, and more for your convenience.
Step into the bedroom, where a cozy queen-sized bed adorned with plush, fresh linen awaits. Ample storage space is available to store all your personal belongings. Families with little ones will feel right at home with the apartment's child-friendly amenities, including a porta cot and high chair.
The adjoining ensuite conveniently integrates laundry amenities within. A washing machine and complimentary toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for your use. Unwind in the combined bath tub/shower and let the worries of the day melt away.

The Neighborhood:
Launceston is a beautiful city blending both city and country charms, with heritage streetscapes, a slice of urban wilderness and gourmet food and drink available at every turn. We aren’t just biassed, many agree, with Launceston named Australia’s best town to visit in 2022!
Nestled amongst these iconic buildings, you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces.
Launceston has many things to see and do including the vibrant Harvest Market every Saturday morning, the Princess Theatre, hosting local, interstate, and international performances, the Star Theatre for a cosy, cinematic experience, and many pubs and venues that host amazing live, musical talents.
Often referred to as the 'Lygon’ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launceston’s most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as ‘Eat Street’ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.
The Cataract Gorge is a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.
An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launceston’s most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. Restaurants to note are Mud Restaurant and Bar, the Levee Food Co. and Spice. Across the bridge you will find the Riverbend Park for all day play entertainment, the Boathouse Café and Silo Hotel.

Getting Around:
To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:
METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot – painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! For timetables and routes, please see the Metro Tasmania Website (Free Tiger Bus).
ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!
BIKE RENTAL: Roll Cycles at 112 Cimitiere St offer bike rentals with options to suit most riders. Whether you are taking a leisurely stroll around town or taking on our world-famous mountain bike trails, Roll Cycles have you covered.
UBER: Uber is a popular form of transport used by many locals and tourists. To use, simply download the ‘Uber’ app on your phone and book a ride to your destination.
TAXI: Local taxi service can be found on the internet.

Please note that the driveway leading into the apartment is on a slope, and is quite steep.
The entrance into the car parking space is 4 meters wide, and the car space itself is 2.9 meters wide x 4 meters long. This space would not be suitable for larger vehicles; however, there is street parking directly across from this space.
Due to the central location of the property, there is the potential for traffic noise.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
Please note for longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge will apply to your stay.
A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by agreed check out time.
Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.
