Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

Southern Charmer!
Southern Charm cottage is a fantastic place to stay. It is truly charming and so is the host, Beverly. The cottage is colorfully decorated and cute. Beds were comfortable, towels were soft and thick and the place was spotless. Beverly brought us warm fresh baked cookies and we had a very nice visit with her. The personal touch was great.

The location is just perfect!! Beautiful home, extremely tastefully decorated and everything you need to be very comfortable!! The beds were amazing, as was the living room furniture!! Fantastic southern charm stay
I can’t stress how wonderful our stay was. Our host Beverly couldn’t have been any better. She gave us personal recommendations for places to eat, things to do. The personal touches were amazing. The house was spotless and very convenient to downtown Laurel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or any other properties of hers.

Beautiful Cottage
My sister and I came to Laurel due to being fans of the tv show Home Town. We were so fortunate to find this wonderful and beautiful cottage to make our visit to Laurel very special. Beverly is a fantastic host. She provided two list - Restaurants and places to shop with places of interest to visit in downtown Laurel. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and convenient to everything.

Great choice!
Beverly is an incredibly gracious host, from a personalized welcome sign to provided coffee creamer she really goes above and beyond to make the stay great. She provided recommendations for both activities and restaurants that were reliable. The house was clean and felt safe. Would certainly stay there again.

Southern Charm is true to its name, and its owner was active in communicating with us to ensure all our needs were met. It’s very well furnished, with a large kitchen and living/family room. The beds are comfortable and the home very relaxing. We hope to stay there again.

Quick trip to the Laurel Area
The house is super cute and comfortable. We did not cook while there; however I can confirm the coffee pot works. The kitchen did appear to be well stocked. The location is great. It was a quick drive to downtown or to the main drag. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The hostess is most helpful and communicates with you to make sure you have what you need. She even put the porch lights on for us since we would be arriving after dark. We only used one bed while there and we thought it was comfortable.

The house was great and was in a quiet neighborhood. Beverly was amazing and kept in contact during my stay for any issues and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. She also makes amazing cookies that she delivered on day one. If we come back to Laurel, we will stay here again.

Beautiful and Quaint Cottage
This house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Laurel. It is just a tad too far for walking distance to downtown Laurel, but only a 5-6 minute drive and parking was never a problem downtown. Once we parked, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Don't forget to go by Laurel's museum Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. Just don't plan to shop after 5:00 pm or eat a late supper. Evenings can be spent walking the charming neighborhoods or relaxing on one of the 2 porches at the house. The house has been updated for the necessities but the original charm has not been changed. Beverly quickly responded to the few questions I had.
