Good, clean hotel across the street from train station. Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. Was a little hassle to park in front and unload luggage from the car- but that not the hotel fault. We should've come by train.

The staff is very welcoming. I had a room which was spacious and calm. The transportation is next to the hotel and I was given a transport card letting me use all public transportation within the limits of Lausanne and surrounding villages. The hotel is across the street from the train station. At night the train station does not feel very safe. Lot of homeless and panhandlers. But this is not a problem if you ignore them.

Great location, walkable from the train. Very nice check in staff. We had to take a twin room and the beds were not great, they are lower at the head of the bed than at the foot. They don’t have any extra pillows in the whole hotel. It was great to have a nice size shower and a portable fan for the bedroom area.

The street facing room is noisy

Right by metro and train station. With the transit pass made it very easy to get around with the metro next door. Good choices for breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Only complaint was it was hot and air conditioner wasn’t working properly

So close to both the metro and the train station. Exploring the area is so easy. The staff are really helpful and give excellent advise. A little bit of street noise at night. Had a great stay in Lausanne.
