welcome to CASA TONIO villa with garden seaview and outside jacuzzi. A villa tha can house 8, for rent at Cavi di Lavagna on the Gulf of Tigullio. Located above the quaint seaside town of Cavi Borgo with its restaurants and shops, CASA TONIO is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with spectacular view of the sea and the headland of Portofino a here 1,5 km from the seaside where guest have access to private parking. It is ideal for those looking to relax in the countryside or by the sea. After visiting one of the many interesting sights such as FIVE LANDS, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI less than half an hour away, only 2 hours drive from MILAN, FLORENCE, an houur from PISA and 40 minuts from LUCCA and GENOA. Relax in the Jacuzzi in the garden sipping a glass of wine. CASA TONIO has a wine cellar with italian wines from fine wine growers you can choose from. The villa was finished in May 2012 the garden plants are growing. Reservetion from June 2012. We raccomend the use of a car. Fantastic house with an amazing host
Our stay at the villa was spectacular. The view was absolutely amazing. The pictures just don’t do the home justice. Flamina was wonderful as well. She is very responsive and understanding. The home itself has everything you need, very clean, and has all the modern touches you kay want.

Lovely Villa with Incredible Views
We enjoyed two weeks at Casa Tonio with family and friends! The home is beautifully decorated, and Flaminia is an incredible host! She provided great information and advice (and treats!) throughout our stay. We spent time in Cavi, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Santa Margherita Ligure. There is so much to do and see in this area with easy travel via train, boat and/or car. We enjoyed coming home to the villa each night to watch the sunset on the terrace or in the hot tub! The views are incredible! We enjoyed our stay so much, and highly recommend this property!!

Awesome views and awesome everything
One week vacation at this property was not enough. Views are better than those on the pictures. Excellent location. First, we worried that it is a bit far from Cinque Terre but it was ok, and the nearby towns were beautiful, we liked them even better. The villa was pretty modern and well kept, plenty of space, much more spacious than we thought. We got welcome gifts from Flaminia but we will not tell you details as it has to be a surprise. She was a great host and responded immediately to all the requests during our stay. The place is a great value, and we were really lucky we made the decision to spend our vacation there.

Vacationing on the Italian riviera
We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Casa Tonio. Flaminia was a wonderful host and helped us with making dinner reservations and was responsive to all our needs. We totally enjoyed dining Al fresco on the beautiful patio overlooking the Mediterranean . The sunsets were a site to behold! The house was quite comfortable with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. There was plenty of storage in each bedroom. The sheet were changed each week. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and Flaminia had a nice variety of wines to enjoy. We also loved the tiramisu that her husband made for us. The hot tub was an added pleasure. We did have an issue with a nest of yellow jackets and mosquitoes. But, all in all, we had a wonderful stay at Casa Tonio and would highly recommend it if you are interested in visiting the Italian Riviera. Donna and Susan

Relaxing Week with Family
Lovely, stylish, well equipped holiday property. Flaminia had prepared a spread of breads, meats and other nibbles, which was an unexpected welcome after our drive from Milan. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was invaluable, as the weather was so hot and we enjoyed using the hot tub, bbq and even tried the pizza oven! A great stay was had by all!

Absolutely wonderful! Amazing villa!
Casa Tonio is beautiful and was the perfect place to spend a week exploring Liguria! Flaminia & her family couldn’t have been more helpful. The seven of us had more than enough room to relax, cook & rest. The hot tub is a perfect place to sip wine & enjoy the gorgeous view. We would highly recommend Casa Tonio!!! Amazing stay!
We stayed last week during April vacation. There were 8 of us and we fit comfortably in this awesome home. First of all, the home owners were beyond amazing and helpful. We arrived on Easter weekend and with grocery stores closed when we got to the home, we had food waiting for us so we didn’t have to worry about going out. And towards the end of the week, we were brought the famous tiramisu! The home was wonderful and had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, we had access to air conditioning and heat, the WiFi was great, the hot tub was an extra perk, and the patio and grounds were amazing. The pictures don’t even do this home justice. We can not recommend the home and owners enough, they were more than 5 stars and our only regret was not having more time there. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations!!!!

Amazing getaway!
We had a wonderful experience! We were greeted by Flaminia who was very friendly and kind. When we arrived she had laid out an entire spread of food for us...meats, focaccia, pizza, wine etc! The house was amazing with an amazing view. The house was comfortable, clean and modern. The location was great! The hot tub and fireplace were a great addition. Check in and check out were very easy. She was available for any questions that we had and very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our vacation in this house! Thank you Flaminia!

Bello. Proprio come descritto. Beautiful. Just as described.
The location is perfect. Tucked away on the hillside with private gardens, but close enough to catch the train. Flaminia was a lovely host. Close by in case you needed her, but not at all intrusive. The house is very modern. All the comforts of home plus I woodfired brick pizza oven. We had a wonderful stay. With eight people in the house, a faster Internet connection would have been nice ... But we took turns and worked it out. The weather was perfect. Plenty of sun. An easy train ride to get a ferry boat for plenty of pictures of the cinque terre. If only we could’ve stayed longer!

Magical Casa Tonio
Our family visited Casa Tonio July of 2018 and from the moment we drove up to the villa the charm and beauty of the home and its surroundings captured our hearts. The hosts could not have been more gracious and patient with all the questions we had for them. Flaminia and Stephano welcomed us with open arms and lots of goodies. The basket of fresh vegetables was such a treat. We also loved the quaint town of Cavi and our only disappointment is that we had to leave after only one week. We had an amazing time and will remember our trip and our stay at this wonderful place for a very long time. Thanks to the best hosts ever. You made us feel like family.

Creating A Lifetime Memory
The house was perfect for our family including kids and grandkids. More than enough room. And all the bedrooms are decorated in such beautiful bedding. Beautiful. And Stefano and Flaminia are wonderful, kind and helpful owners of the villa. Everyone loved the view, and the hot tub, and especially the extra large kitchen with wine cellar. It’s a very comfortable place for all ages. I really enjoyed the surprise baskets of fresh veggies Freon their home garden including fresh laid eggs! Also, I had read about Stephano’s Tiramisu hoping that I would be able to experience and voila, came back after a Cinque Terra day and there was a very large dish of the most delicious tiramisu. We would love to return. Thank you for a beautiful memory and experience!

Wonderful Stay
Thank you Flaminia for an amazing stay. Your property is fabulous and we loved the view, proximity to the train and lovely town of Cavi. The property is private, very clean and super comfortable, with close proximity to beaches and easy day trips to Cinque Terre, Portofino and Sestri Levante. The hot tub was fabulous after a day of adventures and the pizza oven was a lot of fun. Great stay, we highly recommend! A+

Stayed at this property 9th-16th June 2018 Good location and spacious villa for eight people. Very well equipped and furnished. Flaminia could not have been more helpful and so kind of her to provide food and wine for us on arrival. Villa is well located for public transport links but a car is essential as quite away up a hill. Would return to this villa.

We had a real warm welcome from the owner Flamenia. On the big table in the large Kitchen we found delicious welcome Snacks and a bottle of the house wine. This living kitchen was our favorite room and the fireplace made a homely ambiente. Fire wood we got for free as well. The whole house is well designed and every room nice, clean and comfortable. Fantastic house and great host!
We rented this house for our month long vacation. We were sad to leave. The house is greatly located near interesting tourist locations (Pisa, Portofino, Cinque Terre) and the surrounding country side is also very beautiful. Sestri Levante was a nice surprise, the town is very cute and has some good pastries shops. My husband and I like outdoors climbing and we had various options nearby (closest crag less than 10 min away). Sunset at the house was very nice. We made a point to be outside and enjoy it every day. It is such a gorgeous view from the house! At our arrival there was foccacia, pesto, charcuterie and wine welcoming us. The house has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It is spacious and has a pizza oven which we used quite a few times. The kitchen is well equipped and the wine cabinet made it very easy to try some local wines. We cooked at home most of the days but also tried a couple of local restaurants in Cavi which were very good! Ask Flaminia for suggestions, she is spot on. Since we stayed for such long time, Flaminia came with someone to clean the house and change sheets weekly. She also kindly offered us home made tiramisu twice, prepared by her husband. Both Flaminia and her husband were very kind and responsive to us throughout our stay. If you're looking for a vacation destination in Liguria, I strongly recommend Casa Tonio and Flaminia.

Very nice place - great experience
We stayed just before Easter and loved it. When we arrived, Flaminia had prepared a selection of food as welcome, which was great after the trip. We found her to be incredibly responsive and if ever something needed taking care of it was done straight away! The house is very nice, spacious, clean and well equipped. We also found the wine cabinet to be real advantage, as it allowed us to try reasonably priced wines knowing they would be good quality. The kitchen had all the basics (sugar, oil, spices, etc...) so we didn't have to buy everything. We also tried out the pizza oven outside and made our own pizza... And last but not least, the spa pool. Particularly nice on a cool evening or after a walk in the hills of Cinque Terre! There are some good restaurants in Cavi and Sestri Levante is surprisingly good for shopping. All in all I can definitely recommend the place and would love to go back there, Thank you Flaminia and Stefano!

The house is very well organized with fresh repairing.
There are all necessary items in the kitchen. Beds are new and comfortable. There is a wonderful view to the sea. We used a lot a hydro massage bath even if the weather was quite cool. The owners are very kind and hospitable. We got a real supper on arrival and later we tried Italian home made tiramisy. On the top of the mountain you can find a wonderful church and even small zoo. It's private land, but small children will be happy to see all those animals. The supermarket is around 2-3 km to drive and there are nice restaurants in the village down the hill. I will be glad to recommend this property to my friends and family members.

Also ich kann hier keine 5Sterne vergeben: Zufahrt zum Objekt uiuiui. Fast täglich der Gärtner da. Der Pool jeden zweiten Tag ohne Chlor. Die Klima tropfte in einem Zimmer zwei Wochen lang so dass der Boden schon Schaden genommen hat. Trotz mehrmaligem Beanstanden interessierte das niemanden. Alles in allem war das Haus für den Preis zu teuer.

Tolles Haus in naturnaher Umgebung
Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatte keine einzige Reklamation und konnten alles nutzen, was in der Beschreibung steht. Pool und Aussicht natürlich der Hammer. Den Umgan mit dem Pizzaofen muss man üben :-) Aber toll ist, überhaupt einen zu haben. Einziges Manko: Die Autobahn ist schon deutlich zu hören, wenn einen das stört.

Vier Freundinnen die seit über 20 Jahren jedes Jahr eine Woche Ferien verbringen. In diesen vielen Jahren haben wir noch nie eine Unterkunft wie diese gehabt. Von A bis Z alles hervorragend. Das Haus war blitzsauber, die Ausstattung in der nicht das Geringste fehlte. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die überaus freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. La villa Tonio est une magnifique villa avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Elle très spacieuse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous avons été bien acceuillis par la propriétaire qui nous avait préparé l'apéro avec des produits locaux. Durant notre séjour, elle a été très disponible pour nous recommander de jolies visites et de bons restaurants.

Schöner Urlaub in Ligurien
Wir haben Ligurien zum ersten mal besucht und waren begeistert. Unser Ferienhaus hatte eine traumhafte Lage, es war großzügig und bot die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Aktivitäten oder für einen privaten Rückzug. Das Wetter war sehr warm und sonnig, baden im Meer war eine angenehme Abkühlung. Die Restaurants vor Ort boten lokale Küche mit freundlichem und kompetenten Service. Wir haben das Raieü und das Melograno besucht und können beide empfehlen. In der Umgebung kann man einkaufen und bummeln in Sestri Levante oder Ciavari. Für Ausflüge eigenen sich Genua oder Cinque terre oder Rappalo mit Bootstrip via Portofino nach San Fruttuoso. Allen die Ligurien besuchen wollen - viel Vergnügen!

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances, la maison est très bien équipée, propre, avec une vue à couper le souffle. On ne s’en lasse pas. Flaminia a remplit son rôle parfaitement, très bon accueil et échange. Je vous recommande cette maison de vacances.
