Furnished apartment comprising on the ground floor of 15 m² kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas hob, fan oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. complete kitchen utensils, WC.

Upstairs on 30 m² a bedroom area including a 140x190 cm bed new memory foam mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, very large storage spaces. Shower 80x80 cm, toilet area with a sink on a marble top surmounted by a large mirror, washing machine (detergent offered).

Facilities: baby cot, television, free Wi-Fi connection, bathroom linen, sheets, tourist documentation.

The whole apartment undergoes major work (10 months) insulation, electricity, plumbing, enlargement of the living area, windows and PVC double glazed door.

This accommodation is intended for both tourist and professional purposes.

Perfect little apartment
Once again we enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Everything we needed was provided, even a secure off street parking space for our motorcycle. Dominique the host is very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Super host, great location.
Apartment is in a very quiet and relaxing location, but just a short walk to Laval centre. Well equipped and clean, it was a perfect place to stop while we were at the LeMans MotoGP. Secure parking for our motorcycle was a huge bonus.

Good value for money and exactly what we hoped for and expected!
Parking is good/ cheap and right outside the Hotel. The reception area is nice and the reception was warm every time we entered. The room was small but had everything you need for a stay ( we were there 5 nights). The shower was really nice. TV had some UK TV stations! If there had been Air Con that would have been PERFECT, but you can easily get a nice cool breeze as your near the sea. The Breakfast was Acceptable with a selection of breakfasts.! The Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to the walled town. We would definitely go back for a cheap, clean, nicely located hotel!

The apartment was perfect for us as a base to explore the surrounding area which is full of medieval villages. The weather was very hot over 30C every day, but we had taken an electric fan with us fortunately as it was the only item the host did not have

Tout était juste comme il faut. J'ai choisi pour l’emplacement - je voyage par train et c'est tout près de la gare, et c'est aussi proche du centre ville. En plus c'est paisible et privatif. La cuisine est bien équipee. La douche marche très bien. Le check in était bon avec un bon accueil. J’espère qu'on peut comprendre mon évaluation car le français n'est pas ma langue maternelle. Rien a ajouter - 5 étoiles.
