Communication with Fernando was quick, efficient and very helpful. The apartment was perfect: a quick walk from Mass St as well as KU campus, the interior is recently (re)finished so “new” and an absolute delight in which to relax. Highly recommend!!!

Extremely clean and comfortable
We own a property management company and so are admittedly a little picky about cleanliness at rental places. This place was THE CLEANEST place we've ever stayed. In addition, it's in a fantastic location, perfectly sized, the interior has been recently renovated in a very nice way and Fernando was perfectly communicative: just enough but not too much. The beds were comfortable and we loved the washer dryer IN THE UNIT and everything was well stocked (a couple rolls of TP, coffee with cream, etc). Our only complaint was we tried to watch a college football game and the directv package was so minimal it didn't have espn. But we'll live with that one thing. It was a great stay - thank you!

Great location for a quick stay
This apartment is clean and well-maintained, modern with nice appliances. Beds are comfortable. Check-in and access was simple. The location is perfect if you want to be able to walk to Mass Street. The street is a little loud but the convenience makes up for that. Perfect place if you need to be near the middle of campus and Mass St.

This property was everything it claimed to be in the best ways possible. Clean, well situated, welcoming and comfortable. Fernando was very responsive when I had difficulties with the reservation platform (absolutely no fault of his, I was used to a different platform). There were lots of little touches to make our arrival pleasant. Note that if there are more than two people staying, dining in might require creativity because there is no dining table, but it was very comfortable for two of us.
