No guest laundry, desk situation not set up for someone who has to work during their stay, very small and low, so you must set chair low to work and it make it difficult for the old bones to get up. How hard would it be to put normal height desk?

IMPOSIBLE DESCANSAR
I was very surprised and I have been to other Holiday Inn hotels and I have never had such an ugly experience. I was in room 300 and the people who were in the room next door had music playing from 12 am until 5 am, shouting, fighting, banging. door bad words the music was super loud it was impossible to sleep I WAITED FOR THE PERSON IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL TO DO SOMETHING OR AT LEAST TELL THEM SOMETHING TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE RESTING!! I was afraid they hurt more than two people, very very bad experience.
