Didn’t stay, placed was trashed
I can only speak to the fact that apparently the previous guests were squatters and that when we arrived the place was trashed and smelled terrible. Property management shared with me that the cleaning crew must not have been scheduled to come back after the eviction and assured me we’d get a full refund. Things happen, I get it, but for a first attempt at a VRBO this and the ensuing scramble to find a new place to stay last minute sucked. An apology and our money back was the bare minimum to rectify the situation.

Nice comfortable 2 bedroom apartment
This apartment was recently been updated with new paint, flooring, furniture and appliances. It is very comfortable and clean. The location is convenient to south Lawrence with a grocery store half a block away and many fast food restaurants. The host is very responsive to communications and very helpful.

This apartment fit our needs perfectly—pet friendly, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive, helped us troubleshoot a WiFi issue, offered an early check-in, and accommodated a late checkout. We highly recommend staying here!
